When I reached out to Su Casa, they refused to take accountability or make things right. They didn't offer any form of compensation or even a sincere attempt to resolve the issue. After multiple messages and being ignored, they still didn't take ownership or issue the partial refund I requested. This company clearly does not value their customers or stand behind their services. I would strongly advise against using Su Casa -- they were unprofessional, dismissive, and I never received the service I paid for.
