We just stopped from our tour bus, staying in Bielsa Parador, we walked in because the tables were covered from the sun, and we looked over the menu, but was also handed additional menu for pizzas from which we choose the Bolognese Pizza, something we've not seen/tried before. It was delivered within a reasonable period of time and was quite delicious. No crumb left! For Dessert, we choose the chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, and was surprised to have an eruption of warm gooey chocolate! It was a perfect to end a perfect lunch. The restroom, was quite small, but it was OK. Everything went fine, until we waited too long for our receipt. He was very busy. read more
