She has prolonged my case for years and withholds info, never responds to messages, and hangs up in my face. Reminder to people, if you pay thru a app. Call the app company (record conversation) ask for details how they process your payment. we are still noticing there is inconsistencies with what child support service representative tells you to how the actual app processes your payment. Making you possibly late, Also record, if you have a lawyer you are NOT obligated to give them information regarding current work place and income and if need to reach out to them id suggest to just have your lawyer do so for you. I have been pursuing them for over a decade of interstate child support they stole claiming (a) terms of a separation agreement were violate (b) time statute ran out (c) naming a man they allege was my spouse when in fact (a) the terms of the separation agreement they cite were never terms of my agreement nor can they provide that alleged document they cite (b) I have been in touch with them since 2003 on that missing payment of over $26k+ with communications I produce (c) never heard of that man hence never married to that man moreso I tracked down a man with that name who confirmed in writing he never heard of me. Court matters do not disappear from records. They incarcerated my ex to get the payments yet.... They claim because their records (they claim do not exist) allege that payment was made to me and that alleged issued 'warrant' was not returned to them they will not reissue that check which is now owed with all those years of interest. ONE employee is standing in the way. I asked he be removed off the matter. Wouldnt you believe it, HE wrote me back again, and I mean again, that nothing more will be done. Well, something more is done. Here and now- Terry Healy, get Antonio Banuelos off my matter and write me back yourself or hold an online call with me. I wrote Mr. Banuelos "A theft of interstate child support funds was confirmed in papers your office provided to me that your office 'no longer' has custody of but I do. You report the crime of funds the state had custody over to police. Your failure to do so makes you an accessory albeit after the fact moreso with question over your motivation for deliberately misstating facts clearly (i) laid out in the papers (ii) laid out in my aggregation of the data. You report crimes to police. Being a civil servant does not exempt you from reporting crimes to police. Your departments failure to report the missing funds is alarming, delaying law enforcement investigation in to the other similar crimes existing." Others involved include- Marina Sakslyan Gloria Delgadillo Elenita Manalac I escalate my complaint all the way to the top, following each guidance I am given but do not get the response ie at this time, a virtual Hearing. Dealing with such unprofessional people is very draining. No one ever answers their phones, they demand you to fill out forms and return them in a timely manner however never do they do anything on their end. They on a monthly basis has sent income forms to fill out yet we've filled them out and sent them in already. Several times. They claim it's computer generated. I call bs. You can call your worker ten times and each time, no answer. Do not go through them at all cost. I filed through the superior court to get a child support order, received a court date immediately. Months later these clowns came up with a court date. Never notified us. I looked it up in the portal and knew about it before they notified us. They treat you like crap. Talk to you as if your not human. Avoid going through these clowns at all cost. Period!!! read more

The "neutral" attorney for mediating Carolyn Torres is horrific. She was completely biased and treated me terribly. My ex lied completely about visitation and she treated me like the liar. She made comments like "he has a family to support" and asked on his behalf if I would take hundreds of dollars less which I get is the mediation part of her job. then proceeded to say "although you MAY have struggled over time youre really making out in this and it was all worth it" MY struggle, my husbands struggle (helping support 2 kids that aren't his financial responsibility for the last 5 years) and my 4 kids struggle was worth it all according to you?! She also made major mistakes on my income and made it out that my income was $1,400 more a month than what it is. REFUSED to change it said that it's been prepared and sent and that the dad already signed and I can go to court if I don't want to sign. So prepares false documents to a courthouse. Too lazy to fix an error that affects mine and my children's lives but she gets paid to do these things and couldn't prepare it correctly. So unprofessional and SO BIASED. I will continue to share my horrific experience with her To hopefully prevent another mom in my situation from ever having to deal with her! read more

There are no uniform explanations, checklists or notebooks to follow that might provide meaningful help. Every representative at CSSD has a very different personality. Sadly, the information each one provides the consumer is different and the resolutions are lacking. Herein lies the confusion and anger that develops with their clients, the consumer. In this case, the consumer is an already frustrated parent on one side or the other of the money flow. And a note for the others of you who choose to curse and use foul language and actually WRITE out your foul language, you make yourselves out to be small, cheap and nasty.
