The proprietor, Franco, is from Florence, having moved here 25 years ago. The food is authentic!! The pasta is fresh and uniquely delicious. The pasta ragú was perfect and just the right amount of spice. The ravioli pasta Tirolesi was amazing. Not a pasta we've ever had, but my son ordered it and it was perfection. If you are in he mood for a delicious dinner, this is THE place to be. Loved it and highly recommend a stop here at the end of your Camino! Almost forgot - the tiramisu is straight out of Venice!
