They even have a box of toys for the kids (although the Mr Potato Head may attract the likes of me also) so mums and dads can relax while the kiddies play. The food coming out of the kitchen looked tasty although we didn't eat there, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The whole place has a lovely vibe and indeed, as the manager says, it feels like an extension of your living room. Me and my friend both went up to the bar and ordered our food and sat back to wait for it. My drink came quite quickly but it was about half an hour wait for our food. My friend went up to the bar and asked what was happening and they said there was a huge amount of tickets coming in and they were trying to get through them.. sok after a staff member came and said the food was on its way..we then waited another 5/10 minutes and our food finally arrived. The brisket was soft and melted in the mouth, the fries was nice and crunchy unfortunately the little pot of gravy was water, oily and tasteless. I then went to the toliets and they were nicely decorated unfortunately some of the toilets were messy with tissue in the toliet and some on the floor.. shame they obviously dont check the toilets often, spoke to someone who came out of one of the toilets, and they said the toilet they were in was overflowing! This place has fantastic helpful happy staff with a sense of humour coupled with great service. Clientele is varied from families, couples and friends. One couple were playing scrabble another having afternoon tea. I had the Moroccan tea, v good and refreshing. The strawberry and cream popcorn is to die for. My friend had the energy boost smoothie in a trendy beaker and it was v good. I've been in here for cocktails with the girls and again the service is fab and the cocktails delish.
