An attorney has an ethical obligation to keep clients informed and to act with reasonable promptness. In my experience, those obligations were not met. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to get all communication expectations in writing and to keep detailed records. If communication and representation standards are not upheld, remember that filing a complaint with the State Bar is an available and appropriate course of action.
