Lee are very professional and honest and saved me a lot of money: I was at my bank to wire the earnest money, banker knew I was in contract for a home so they tried to get my business, I provided them with the Good Faith Estimate from Mr. Kilkenny; 20 min later, banker admitted I have the best rate and very little fees, they could not beat it, they recommended me to lock in the rate with Mr. Kilkenny ASAP. It is the most convenient location for me in regards to work, so I frequent it more out of necessity than anything. At least it is clean, orderly and generally very efficient at processing any sort of transaction. I would rate Columbia Credit Union five stars over any other bank I've ever frequented, so it has that going for it. Just make sure that any special transactions are followed up on, or you might find yourself picking up the pieces afterward.
