Columbia Credit Union usually is staffed by competent and intelligent people,…read morealthough I've had a few unfortunate incidents with the manager at this location, such as ordering a replacement debit card before an international trip and it not arriving in time. It is the most convenient location for me in regards to work, so I frequent it more out of necessity than anything. At least it is clean, orderly and generally very efficient at processing any sort of transaction. I would rate Columbia Credit Union five stars over any other bank I've ever frequented, so it has that going for it. Just make sure that any special transactions are followed up on, or you might find yourself picking up the pieces afterward.
