WILLIAM JAKSA HELPED SAVE MY BROTHER IN CRIMINAL COURT…read more Sometimes life is not fair, this case was a perfect example. We had a different lawyer previously and that person did nothing. **William Jaksa accepted the case and everything changed swiftly. This is a THANK YOU from my brother and a justified review for Mr. Jaksa: "I would like to thank Mr. Jaksa and associates for all their hard work concerning my case. Mr. Jaksa's reputation as a gold standard for lawyers is well deserved. He has given me another chance at life. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, my input was assessed and valued, I was properly prepared for a trial and my family's best interests were looked after during the court proceedings. With all the stresses associated with being charged, incarcerated and standing before the courts, I felt more at ease knowing my case was being properly handled. I have learned it is not always what happens in the court room but the processes going on in the background: work done in the office, the streets, the meetings in the judges chambers, all the way to the courtroom. Thank you Mr. Jaksa for your due diligence, your compassion and most of all your knowledge." Sincerely Rick G

I will preface this review by stating I do not know Ms. Segal personally, this is based on my…read moreprofessional experience with her. I'm sorry your overworked, stressed and completely unorganized, those are your issues. However, I came to you for help in a very desperate position. You sent me an email of a list of documents you required, every requested document was sent to you within 2 hours on the same day. You have called me names, spoken vulgar, been extremely rude, spoken to me in such a demoralizing manner, like I'm a dog! I knew what kind of person you were the first time we spoke, but I figured your demeanour and aggressiveness would be a plus and help to finalize my case. However, I was wrong, your just an angry person, and your issues and behavior is not something that I or any other person should ever be subject to. You are the most unprofessional professional I have ever met, and the worst part is I don't think you care. Of course, you'll immediately say I am the problem and your the victim. Marcy, I know you don't read your online reviews, but you should, there is a pattern of your behavior. Therefore, if so many are describing you exactly the way you behave to me, then maybe, it just might be you. It doesn't matter what you think, it's how you're perceived.
