I filled out a form. ( The form is to let them know what you need help in specifically) I waited for someone to contact me..... We kept missing one another....... I was a lil annoyed because I didn't speak to anyone. I finally spoke with two different lawyers at this firm about my concerns...... Mr. Tzall assured me that someone will reach out, he apologized and explained thier process. Mr. Astuno spoke with me and was empathetic to my situation. He ensured me that once he looks into my case we will hopefully move forward in concluding the estate account.

However, Regina was deliberate and strategic, and thanks to her game plan, my position became quite a bit stronger. The outcome was far better than I ever expected and I am eternally grateful to Regina. As we concluded my case, I sent her a note and referred to her as "my star attorney". And I do mean that!

I mention this 1) so that you make sure to check out the other pages (search for "levin law" or "yevgeny" - all 1 star reviews) and 2) because they removed my negative review based on "it was posted on 2 different companies so it must be fake." I'd guess they are taking down many negative reviews based on this flimsy excuse, so be aware. So....here's my experience. I was a seller, trying to do a sale of my apartment. I had a buyer lined up and ready to go, so it was lawyer time. Great! And they're cheap, how complicated could a straightforward apartment sale be for a company that obviously churns them out? The problem came when my buyer got spooked by some of the language in the contract they received. I don't know if it was their lawyers being dumb, or something the Levin firm had done because NO ONE WOULD TALK TO ME. It's even possible they were doing some kind of amazing job behind the scenes, but I'd never have known it. Because: I literally never got any contact with an actual lawyer. I called, I emailed, I had my broker call and email. Nothing. This despite the promises they make on their website. In fact, I'd probably let it all go if they didn't guarantee in writing that you will have a lawyer's phone number and be able to contact one directly when you need to, because that is NOT the case.

With elegance, exceptional listening skills and inspiring integrity, my concerns were addressed in a manner that was never condescending nor patronizing.  Further, Laura always knew where to get the information to corroborate her transparent legal advice as confirmed in a follow-up call made after business hours for my sole benefit.  That selfless gesture reminded me that wealth is measured in human terms. Voltaire once said that appreciation is a wonderful thing as "it makes what is appreciated belong to us as well."  I can only aspire to one day appropriate myself with the decency and multifaceted intelligence embodied by this firm.
