I did not know Jason Jones when we first started working together on my estate plan, but I have to say I instantly knew that I had made the correct choice of attorney. Plus, when I indicate that the two of us were "working together," it was very much the way throughout the entire journey - from very first introductory video chat all the way to the signing, witnessing, and notarizing of the documents. He spent countless hours with me working through every minute detail, and made suggestions how to achieve each desire of mine quite specifically. The peace I now feel of having all this in place is almost impossible to put into words, though I have tried to do my best here. I cannot recommend Jason Jones highly enough.

Four and a half years ago, Regina agreed to represent me in estate litigation in which I knew my…read moreposition was not strong. It was a very difficult situation for me and sometimes I think out of the goodness of her heart, she took my case! However, Regina was deliberate and strategic, and thanks to her game plan, my position became quite a bit stronger. Throughout, I appreciated that - in the nicest way - she was always clear and direct with me both with the good news and the bad. The outcome was far better than I ever expected and I am eternally grateful to Regina. As we concluded my case, I sent her a note and referred to her as "my star attorney". And I do mean that!

I have no idea how this place stays in business and gets 5 stars from other reviewersI. The…read morecustomer service intake assistance on the phone are flaky and airheaded. I can't understand how Regina would tolerate service like that in her company. When I first called this legal assistant was taking down my information she sounded like she was half asleep with her head on the desk. A voice kept disappearing off the line as if she was rolling her head over the headset. She couldn't even pay attention to what I was telling her about my situation. When I was saying that I was asked by my family to stay in the house until closing for security she repeated back oh yes they said you wanted to stay in the house for tax purposes. I don't know how on earth anyone would confuse those 2 statements. As far as scheduling it's like talking in the Twilight Zone I'm asking her for a specific time like 10 AM she repeats back okay I'll Put you in at 5 PM. And whenever my appointment time rolled around I got no phone call. When I called them back at 10:30 AM to tell them I had no call she said oh I see you're here for 6:30 PM. I asked her how and why did that happen well she said was I don't know how that happened. Then she really must seriously be close to being brain dead. So this is happening on a Monday so I was gonna try to get another slot another day she decided oh let me put you in for Friday which was the beginning of a 3 day holiday weekend 5 days away and she tells me I'm gonna put you in a place where it's wide open and nothing is interfering. So that tells me Regina thinks very little of intake and clients that if there's just too many appointments she'll just blow some of them off. Now getting back to that Friday appointment this legal assistant is telling me well I see there's nothing else happening after 12:30 on Friday so I'll put you At 1 o'clock. Now only a stupid brain dead person would not see that all her appointments are closed after 12:30 on a Friday of a 3 day weekend that means Regina is leaving the office if she can't figure that out not only does she not belong in the law field she does not belong in a workplace. So that tells me a lot about this law office. They're fired already.
