Given that there are 2 ratings, and 1 of them is a 1 star, let's stop to realize that the 1 star…read morehappened in the dumpster fire of a year that was 2020 - Covid precautions, etc. I was there about this time. The lobby was closed, as was the restroom, etc. It was like that EVERYWHERE. Such was to be expected. I also experienced the same SUPPLY CHAIN issues during that Covid period. I am not affiliated with One Stop, just so you know, and that review is totally OUT of context. I have a 20 year old truck. I have spent quite a bit of time and money there. One Stop has had PLENTY of opportunities to "hose me down", and they didn't do it. Any time. On my model of truck, the smallest thing can be a disaster. I had more than one issue that was caused by a 6" vacuum hose. They put a spare one on it, took 5 minutes to diagnose, and no charge. Another time, the lovely streets in this town busted my front end to bits, and they had the truck repaired in 24 hours. Labor is high right now, yes. So are parts. They're also sometimes hard to get. Deal with it, Folks. If you've never worked retail or customer service, you have no idea! Dale York and his son Josh are two of the most honest and respectable people I know. As I said, plenty of opp's have presented themselves for them to make a large, easy profit. And they didn't. One Stop is the only place that I allow to touch my truck now, unless I'm out of town! As I said, it's 20 years old now, and it probably wouldn't have made it this far without them.

We have a new premium car that has never been in the shop, but is no longer under warranty. We are taking it there for a problem we discovered. We would not trust anyone else to perform work on our car. We trust them 100%. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I called JC auto after hours, send them some pictures and they immediately started to search for parts. Next morning I was in the shop early but one part was still in Indianapolis with no option for delivery. No problem, they jumped in the car and drove two hours ( in traffic) to Indianapolis and back ( in traffic). They charged me a pittance for the delivery. They stayed late to install the shaft and the u joints but by 7 pm I was driving my truck. And the axle is still working beautifully after a few months. I had never had such a good experience at a mechanic. I highlyrecommend their services.

Onstar explained what it could be from this code and recommended service at the dealer York. When I contacted Yorks service Dept I was told they would have to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle for a $140.00 even though I had the code from onstar! Ridiculous if they don't know this code then look it up! I pay for onstar just for this purpose. I've been a loyal customer for several years now. The first time I've had service with this new service manager I had to replace a fuel pump after contacting onstar. I was charged a diagnostic fee then even though onstar gave me the code. I also found out from the service manager that if I used flex fuel in my Impala than it ate the rubber seals in the pump as they don't make a seal that is resistant to flex fuel. Yet my Impala is a flex fuel vehicle and I should have not had to pay to get it fixed Chevrolet should have fixed it for free as it is not truly a flex fuel vehicle! I don't know how they get away with selling it as one! These two things makes me wonder how many vehicles sold as flex fuel from Chevrolet have fuel pump gaskets that can't handle flex fuel and the owners charged for a new pump that as well can't handle flex fuel! So after these two service episodes one I didn't go to. I will not pay for a diagnostic test when it's not needed! I will find another repair shop, more over another dealership to patronize.
