Found this place on Trip Advisor. Since it was highly rated, I assumed that it would be expensive. It turned out to be very reasonable. So reasonable the some may be put off by the "Cafeteria Snack Bar" atmosphere. There is pleasant seating in the plaza across the street which is nicer than the more cramped area immediately in front of the restaurant. Rest assured, it is a real restaurant and good for dinner. Huge menu, including pizzas, menu del dia, some English-oriented things and some tapas, I believe. Service is great.
