Doug and Donna/ Big Lake Ranch B.C. As newbie trailer buyers we were not really sure what to expect…read moreor what to look for. Phoned Chemo in Williams Lake who steered us to the 2 Steves in Quesnel that had a couple of used ones on the lot. Short trip later we were at Chemo talking to zero-pressure and super informative Steve Davies. We found one of the units to be suitable for our needs and purchased it on the spot however since it was partially buried in snow we arranged to pick it up about a month later. When we arrived to pick it up we were kind of taken aback as it had been completely detailed inside and out, hubs,brakes,batteries.propane filled,every light bulb, all had been checked over, we could hardly believe it! Then we spent the next 2 1/2 hours as Steve went over EVERYTHING and how it worked (partially his fault because he said there are no stupid questions) and I had a lot of newbie questions! Long story short, overall an excellent experience\ amazing staff all around and would not hesitate to recommend Chemo RV to anyone. In the future when we are ready to upgrade we will not go anywhere else but Chemo RV
