She confirmed an 11:30am appt and let me know she would reach out a day prior. I didn't receive a call/text so I reached out the night before to confirm our set appt. She responded with " Can we do 4pm?" Her response was "Yeah that won't work for me." I was hesitant to schedule her at such a late time in the evening but I agreed because I was in need of the cleaning. 4:45 pm the next day and she has yet to arrive. I call her, no answer. I text her and no response. I text her again because I was heading out, she gave me an excuse and offered to reschedule. I agreed and rescheduled for the following day at 7 am (which she offered after I suggested 8am). I set my alarm to meet her at the location for her arrival. I called her and again no answer. 1 hour and a half later, I text her to let her know to please cancel since it was yet again a waste of my time. She responded with "I think it's better you find someone more local" and then proceeds to give me the "I fell asleep" excuse. I can't comment on her actual work because I will not be hiring her, but this was a waste of my time and find her to be extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend for someone with a tight and busy schedule. Planning ahead for me is key and if it is for you as well I would not reach out to this business.

They actually changed my outlook on cleaning services entirely. Brazican is the first cleaning service to actually care about their work. They want to do a good job, and they want their customer to be happy. Many cleaning services act like this for the first 3 - 6 months, but become more lax with repeat cleanings. They also always have service with a smile! Which I know can't be easy when you're cleaning houses for hours and hours every day, and when you've sat in over an hour of rush hour traffic to get to me. But it is noticed and appreciated. I will never switch companies!
