If you are looking for a unique ring here is the place to go. They are very patient as you pick out your jewelry and don't try to upsell you. They listen to what you are looking for and help you find just what your heart desires. Their jewelry is truly magical I love that they have free cleanings and they always check to ensure the stones don't come loose. We try to come once a month or every other month depending on our schedules. Run don't walk as they are closing their doors around Christmas as it's time to retire. They have a big sale going on now and I'm hoping to get some matching earrings. It's going to be a sad loss to the community when they close their doors.

There was another rep there but they weren't talking to each other and I didn't feel like they were communicating any sort of stuff about me to each other unlike some other Asian gold stores where you can clearly tell that they are discussing about you in their language. I want to figure out what these watches are worth. He said bring them in 10 bucks each watch and gemologist will look and give me a ball park. I tell them these are high end watches. He said ya bring them in. So I drive way over there. I am greeted by a woman that says she doesn't have the tools to replace these watches batteries to go to pauls watch repair that he deals with rolex and was an expert. Never had gemologist look at the watches and give me any sort of information. She sent me to a complete clown who had no idea what these watches were or their value handling them very poorly. The watches have diamonds iced out all around the entire watch. These watches were special made for people in hollywood.. She was very nice though and so was the guy that greeted me but they wasted my time. I suggest you guys look at Pauls Watch Repair reviews before you send someone with high end watches to have their batteries changed by him. He ruining peoples watches from going through his reviews. Came here yesterday with my sister. They currently only allowing one customer in at a time and with appointment basis. Which I think it is a good idea. Much safer. I had some jewelries to sell and wanted to get some quotes. I was helped by Ngoc. I asked if they buy back golds and jades. They only buy golds. She looked through my jewelries and weighed them. 24k and 18k have different prices. She gave me a quote and it was really generous. Of course it is based on the current gold stock price. During the whole process, Ngoc was really helpful, patient and not pushy at all. She didn't pressured us on buying or selling. My sister asked if they clean golds and they do. Ngoc looked at my sister's necklace and told her that it still looks good so it doesn't need to be cleaned yet. Really trustworthy and reliable. We ended up selling our golds here. Ngoc made sure that I placed the money in a safe place like inside my pockets until I get inside my car. Putting them in my purse is more dangerous that way. Wow, she's just amazing. I will definitely come back here if I ever need to buy or sell golds in the future. Oh, Ngoc speaks really good English!

Max helped me out, he heard my vision and helped me decide on what to do. This was a little present from my husband as a push present so my husband wanted me to really think about how I was going to go about it so I won't end up regretting my decision. Max and I talked about pros and cons and he also gave me a pretty good quote. I ended up getting the "toi et moi" ring done which means "you and me" in French. I haven't seen anyone around me who wears this kind of ring design so I was excited to have a pretty unique ring. The job took a little over 2 weeks to be completed but I didn't mind as it didn't take that long and wanted it to be perfect. I'm pretty impressed with how professional everyone is at Kenny G Elk Grove and they are also friendly and welcoming! I never feel intimidated when I come here (unlike other jewelry stores). Even though I've only worked with Don and Max so far, I know that everyone here is very friendly and supportive of their customers' decisions.
