Danger. The worst company, I have dealt with.
Lies after lies after lies
Placed and order and prepaid a deposit in beginning of June 2019, and sent a picture of what I wanted.
One Rock and Roll bed, one kick board and drawers, my front van seats to be reupholstered, and a revolving plate.
Had to call four times to get a detailed quote/receipt, for my order.
Hade to wait for mid august to get half of my order. After approximately 15 phone calls, the level or unprofessionalism is unbelievable.
Once my order finally arrived, it was not what I ordered, I have the pictures to prove it.
It was so late I had to accept it. NOT ONCE did any of the staff apologised for the mishap and the delay, for the first half or my order.
It is October the 17th 2019, I still have not received my second half of the order.
I had to text, as they did not answer my calls , I received a text as a reply, on the 13th September, I quote..."..just a little delayed the expected" no apologies nothing . I had to drive up and get the police involved. I am preparing a court case so as to get what I am being owed back, as they promised to pay me back whilst talking to the police. And they still have not repaid me anything.
The perfect example of what an online bunch of people, think what running a business is like.
If they had been a shop on the High Street they would have been shut down years ago.
