.I've got to tell you that we were super disappointed with Loopr last weekend. We came into town Thursday and were pumped to ride every day! Thursday night we hung out at a pickup location at Native Roots for over 60minutes past the scheduled pickup time (about 7-8pm). We gave up. Friday, we mapped out our plan and Ubered to Purple Haze pickup scheduled for 7:22pm. At about 4pm, you updated the app to show that riding would stop that night at 8:30pm! What a bummer. A little notice would be nice. But, we Ubered there anyway and got there at 7pm. By 7:45pm, there were 4 other people waiting...one called you guys several times only to find that the bus was way, way behind schedule. I Was in Colorado 4-4 through 4-7. I had booked 2 tickets for 4-6 in advance. With it being my first time in Colorado me n my fiance were very excited. On 4-6 i called to make sure everything was on schedule, to find out they had canceled because of snow. Said they would give me refund with no prob to give it a few days..after a few days with nothing I called again, they apologized and said give it a few days. Great, friendly and accommodating service. Safe and offers knowledge about the city and recommendations for whatever your trying to do. You can get on and off because they circle around the same route. Finally a place where tourist can enjoy the delights of the city without and fear or hesitation. This is the bus of all buses. Luxurious and classy and sure knows how to party. The Loopr bus is probably my all time favorite adventure to have downtown. I took a ride on the Loopr bus for my first time last night and I couldn't have been more impressed. Some friends and I had just left a bar in Downtown Denver around 9:00pm and all our local shops were closed. Thats when my buddy Mark suggested we hop on Loopr. I downloaded the app and found us a pickup. Met some great people on the bus that ended up joining us for a drink after the ride at the next bar we went to. I had an amazing time! First time guest and everything from the bus experience to the guest service I got at the dispensaries. Although, we never got the rolling lessons that were on the ad or got fed (they gave us bag of chips) my friends and I had a joyous time filled laughs and dabs. We got to Denver and heard about this from our hotel, what a great and unique experience it was. We stopped by several dispensaries as well as places to grab a bite. The staff was very courteous making sure that if we did get off the bus that we were back at least 5 minutes before they left. Would do this again! read more
