We got a pontoon boat and we added on a tube as well. The check in process was smooth and efficient. Everyone that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful, especially the guys who helped us on and off our boat. I was very disappointed about the quality and conditions of the cabins. We had 2 cabins that were a…read more2 story duplex. The appliances seriously needed to be updated as they all didn't work properly. Flooring and walls also needed updated and painted as both places had an awful smell. The worst part was that the second story unit's AC didn't work well. Many rooms had a higher temperature than outside. All the beds felt like a sheet of plywood and The linens were as cheap as you can get. I would suggest that they replace all the beds to higher quality ones and purchase higher-quality linens. For over $900 for 3 nights this was horrible and we felt we were ripped off. The overall quality could be compared to a dirty roach motel in the woods. The environment around the lake is so beautiful, so you would think they would have higher standards. This proved to be wrong.
