Quick ride, driver was polite, even arrived early. And I had the van to myself.

I had to cancel last minute ride with Long only transportation and spoke to Jen. She was so kind and competent..What a nice person they have dealing with ppl that have medical issues and last minute cancellation. Thank you so much Jen for your understanding ,your the best...and ***Longonot transport...auto correct changed name....^ read more

They pick up someone on southern drive every morning in Chicopee at 6:20am and they beep the horn about four times and it wakes me up on Saturday and Sunday morning. read more

I never know which transportation company is going to be my ride. It's unfortunate that this was my first ride with Longonot. My appointment was at 9:30. My ride was scheduled to arrive at 9:00. It came at 9:40. Someone called me at 9:12 to assure me the driver was on the way. When the ride actually arrived it turned out that the person who'd called me was the driver herself. She was very pleasant and well groomed. (I only mention that bit because it's not terribly unusual to get a driver that doesn't have any obvious relationship with personal hygiene). The car was clean and not the usual rust buckets that some transport companies often use. I'd give them ZERO stars but that's not an option. Besides, I suppose the driver deserves a star for being polite and for telling me to "buckle up." She did apologize when we reached my destination but by then I was stressed because I was late for my appointment. The return trip is supposed to be with the same company and she assured me that someone would be here to pick me up. Guess I'll know soon... --------- Return trip: the driver was waiting for me as I exited my appointment. Different driver and car, both were clean and professional looking. She was also really nice. I'm struggling with whether or not to add another star to my review because of how much better the cars look and how much nicer the drivers are than most medical transportation services...but being 25 minutes late for my appointment is really unacceptable. I'm going to let the one star review stand BUT I would be willing to ride with Longonot again because I'm betting that today's lateness was the exception rather than the rule. Of course, the catch here is that I have no say in which company picks me up. It can be a different company every week or the same company for weeks on end. Whoever bids the job right gets it and I have no control over any of it. Next week I could be back to the unwashed guy surrounded by a halo of pot smoke driving a car with multiple warning lights displayed on the dashboard and the front fender partially held on by industrial strength zip ties. (No, that's not an exaggeration.) If Longonot shows up on time I'd count myself doubly lucky. But then again, I shouldn't have to be lucky. The service should be good all the time. read more

This service was terrible. The man named Don that showed up to pick me up was rude, argumentative, and sat outside of my apartment building honking his horn at 9:30am because he was more than 10 minutes earlier than the pickup time that was scheduled for my appointment. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I was very dissatisfied with my experience. read more
