This nanny service is superb! I had to have childcare for a day of surgery at Laser Spine…read moreInstitute. I researched hotel nanny services in Tampa and decided to call & inquire about 2 weeks in advance. Cheryl (who I believe owns the company) answered the phone & answered a list of questions I had. She was very polite & professional. (All the nannies have background checks done & are CPR certified). I received a phone call from a nanny about 2 hours later. She was very professional & inquired about likes/ dislikes, ages & medical history of my children. Our situation was a bit inconvenient in that the surgery center had no confirmed time until the evening prior to surgery. The sitter assured me that was no problem & she was available for as long as we needed her & short notice was not a problem either. The ultimate of kindness! She arrived with a bundle of games, goodies & toys to entertain 3 toddlers with for the day. She was warmly welcomed by my 3 overzealous toddlers- who have never had a sitter/nanny. She truly was excited and ready for a day of fun as well! My kids had a Wonderful day! I truly felt confident that my babies were in good hands. I would recommend this service to anyone staying at a hotel that may need nanny services! I will keep them on my list & definitely will use their services if I ever need them. We had a great experience!

my daughter has been at this facility for 2 1/2 years now and has been through a few ups & downs…read more overall, the school is great and the staff is very friendly & concerned about the well-being of the children there. my daughter has never complained about anything the people below have stated, nor have they ever slept on the floor! they lay on cots and after the children wake up and remove their belongings they are sprayed. i know this b/c i have walked in numerous times during nap to pick up my child. my daughter has come up with stains in her panties, but i dont blame the school any more or less than i blame her. yes, shes younger but she knows better than to not wipe so it is partially her fault also. the school is going through even more changes to make it better and i have no doubts about if she is in good hands or not. i give them credit where it is due and if there is ever a problem that i have with anything they do, i know i can go to them directly and address the issue.

Wasn't there for an hour that day before my wife was called to pick up. They made up all sorts of stories but when I got there the poor kid was sitting there quietly in the office. Hasn't been the same since and I can't get a straight answer from the staff. All kids have their issues, but we had a conversation about needs with the Director that they said could be fulfilled. I know my child isn't the first to "give you an issue listening" so maybe they need to take a look at themselves and ask if they are actually teaching children at their "academy."

The reviews here are pretty old and I recognize some of the newer names on reviews as people who…read moreare listed as babysitters/Nannie's for the company, so take that for what it's worth. I used this service about 20 times for babysitting needs. The app lets you choose from a list of providers to send the job to but that doesn't mean you're going to get any of those sitters, in fact I never once got any of the sitters I chose from. That being said, we had one woman who repeatedly babysat for us and things seemed fine with her the first 6 times or so. Then one day my 11 year old tells me he and his little sister (3 year old) were left in the toy are of target for half an hour alone. Being that kids don't have the greatest sense of time I asked how he was sure it was that long, he stated there was a clock on the wall that he looked at. I asked if the sitter said anything when she left or came back and he said she acted like nothing happened and just asked why his sister was upset (she was getting restless and hungry and my son was doing his best to make sure they stayed in the same spot). He doesn't have a phone so no way to reach the sitter or anyone in this situation. I checked with the store and they reviewed the tape and confirmed the timeframe. Aside from this incident the sitter was late twice, which as I mentioned to the company that normally I wouldn't even bring up but when you pair that with the target incident and other things, it paints an overall poor picture of the services. Another sitter we had (that I had not met before, remember the send you whoever is available and you may not even get to speak to the person before they show up, as was the case with this young woman), let the kids play in the rain on a chilly day and didn't have them shower or anything afterwards. Again, in the grand scheme of things not a huge deal but that's an odd choice to make when it's your first time babysitting for someone. It's not like my kids are used to playing in the rain so this isn't something they would've asked to do normally. Just odd. Yet another time when we were due to have a new sitter she texted me at 1am to introduce herself. Overall for the price they charge it's not even close to being worth it. You're better off finding someone on Facebook and interviewing/calling references.

Very disappointed with this establishment, on my daughters very first day they called her mother…read moresaying that our daughter was crying and that they couldn't get her to calm down so she ended up calling me to let me know because she was working and I called them immediately to see what was going on. I tried to explain that when she gets upset sometimes she makes herself throw up because she gets so emotional and they said that was what she was doing because it was nap time and she didn't want to take a nap. I tried to explain that she hadn't been in a daycare in almost a year and it would take some time to adjust and the lady rudely said with a very sassy attitude "well that's why I called to see what I could do to get her to calm down" so I asked to speak to my daughter and then she said that she didn't want me to speak to her because she was calmed down and thought she would start crying again if I spoke to her. I just didn't understand why they didn't start the conversation off with that instead of leading me to believe that she was still crying. I kind of got the vibe right then that this place wasn't going to work out. Of course I ended up picking her up right after I got off the phone with them and I figured maybe I was overreacting and give it one more chance then the next day they sent home a note saying that she was having a hard time listening. Then the day after that my daughter came home and said that the teacher hit her in the face. I didn't see a mark but Madelyn "my daughters mother" said that they were acting very weird when she came in to pick her up and that as soon as they got in the car my daughter said that the teacher hit her in the face. All night we kept asking her over and over and she kept saying the same exact thing until the end of the night she said that the teacher said it was an accident so we really didn't know what to think but we figured something happened but they obviously weren't going to say anything about it. The next day I brought her in just to see how everyone was acting and they were pretty nice as I figured they would be if anything had happened and I walked her to the section of the kids her age she had been going to and told her to listen but told her ahead of time to make sure if anything happened again to tell the teacher that she was going to tell me if they touched her in any inappropriate way and that I would call the police on them. That very day when Madelyn went to pick her up they ended up switching her teacher to another teacher and basically put her with different kids and they also tried saying that she was causing problems and they were going to kick her out of the daycare. This pretty much confirmed that something had happened and they were trying to cover themselves. I would definitely not recommend this place for your child please pick somewhere safer. They are not friendly at all or a family oriented facility like I've read in some of the other posts and they are definitely not a family oriented establishment. Someone from their establishment or friends of theirs must have made those posts to make them look good. All of this happened in not even a week and the following Monday they ended up calling me before noon and I had to pick her up again and decided not to bring her back and they made it seem as if they kicked her out and charged us for that full week.
