She made sure I wasn't uncomfortable throughout the cleaning and she was easy to talk with and get along. Even though I've gotten my teeth cleaned before I still like how she told me what she was going to do before doing it. Dr. Weather wax was my dentist and she was great. I changed dentist to them and they kept me from pulling out four teeth. I had a different tooth that needed to be replaced with a prosthetic due to an error in judgment years ago and they did their part wonderfully. The administrative staff is wonderful and responsive to your requests. I am never kept waiting long, and they are great for scheduling. They are also better than par for dealing with insurance.

I said fine but we need the denture repaired. Finally after about 15 minutes of back and forth and explaoning cost wasn't the issueĺ but getting it dobe same day was because of tge extensive travel we were involved - and the reason we came based on Aspen's asserton. Our appt was for 9:45- after approx 45 minutes, he was seen by ? Dentist and we were told denture could be repaired and would be ready by 4:00. Not sure why this was such an issue - the desk staff seemed quite put out when I said that it was asserted to me that it could be done same day and that's what we wanted and expected. We got through this but I can't say the experience at Waynesbiro Aspen Dental was easy or welcoming.

It literally takes him 5 minutes. Spoke to receptionist, said I could come in Tuesday morning. Then comes back 1 minute later said that her manager advised they could not do that until the March appt. i Believe that one of these people lied to me. That is my belief.
