The environment was comfortable, and the staff's attention to detail created a relaxing and enjoyable evening. We didn't have to overthink anything; we could just go with the flow. Everything was prepared for us from start to finish. After cooking, we sat, ate, and were pleasantly surprised to find that, after guessing the right amount of seasoning for our produce and meat, we ended up seasoning everything perfectly to our taste. For my next class I wanted to take something easy and fun so I did the mozzarella and pizza class. That particular class had about 40 people attending .All the chefs were great and kept everyone engage! Recently I attended the class .. Scarpinocc pasta with brown butter and sage sauce and lemon Panacotta but after arriving we learned the initial menu slightly changed . Instead we made ravioli with impastata cheese and fresh chopped tomatoes and basil , also Vanilla honey Panacotta. It all turned out wonderful. When first arriving we had complimentary mimosas and appetizers of riceballs and chicken. This being my first time making ravioli I was very excited ! It was an amazing time and everything we made came out delicious! Along with our meal we were also served a delicious ,freshly made salad with feta cheese ! The event consisted of a tour of the facility and an explanation of the glass working process, followed by a meal with wine and beer provided by neighboring restaurant 3 Thirty Three. After the refreshments the group of about 30 participants was encouraged to select a glass object in on display and then create their own version of the object with the expert help of the Kinship Glassworkers. The glass objects were various styles of drinking glasses, paper weights, and even a glass flower. You choose the colors and then help the artisans to execute the design. The even takes about 3-4 hours depending on the number of participants. $130 covers the cost of the food, drinks, and the glass object.

Then there were the decisions on the color schemes for the bar of soap and the choices of fragrance. It was so much fun! The best part was when the soap bars have set, and they were unveiled from the mold. The soap bars all came out so beautifully. This is a fun activity for both young and old. I plan on coming back with girlfriends and making it a girls-night-out. Highly recommended.
