That same one week turnaround was also advertised on their in store board and website, so I have no idea where this sudden two week timeline came from. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I called to get clarification and the woman I spoke to had an extremely rude and dismissive attitude, spoke to me with a horrible tone, and then hung up on me while I was still speaking. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time, your money, or simply being treated with basic respect, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I would genuinely rather drive farther and spend more time getting there than ever deal with this kind of customer service again. Never coming back.

I will say that the pace was a bit quicker than my last class, as there was much more to get done, but we kept up, giggles and all. The environment was comfortable, and the staff's attention to detail created a relaxing and enjoyable evening. We didn't have to overthink anything; we could just go with the flow. Everything was prepared for us from start to finish. After cooking, we sat, ate, and were pleasantly surprised to find that, after guessing the right amount of seasoning for our produce and meat, we ended up seasoning everything perfectly to our taste. We look forward to taking more classes and inviting a few more friends to join us.

My only complaint was that it's a very small store, so it was pretty tight when people were walking around.
