I was scammed by this company! They are not even registered with the BBB and I have read online…read morethat they have a suspended license. They pushed me off to we haul Moving Company in care of Rachel and I was bullied, harassed and belittled upon pick up. They tried to swindle more money from me so I told him to leave, they will not give me a refund. They will not give me any money back when they literally did nothing but stress me out and torment me for the last few weeks. I will never stop telling people or media sources about the lack of professionalism and care with this company. I am shocked that so many people suffer at the hands of them. It is terribly sad . Buyer beware!!!

I liked the movers. I think they needed more people to help pack up the truck. They ended up with…read more2' truck and a utility trailer to move all of our things. I had to run back to old house to pick up items that were not put on the truck, and could not fit in the initial trip to new house. then finding out that one of the moving people, packed up items into boxes without being asked to...just did it. I am sorry...that is not acceptable and kind of rude to pack items and not discuss with the homeowner(s). Plus you charged for it. If you want to ask if we want that packed and get an answer, ok...but don't just do it. While on my trip to old house and back home again....there were just to many things that just, was wrong. You don't stack things all nilly willy in someone's house/rooms/garage. I got back to our new place...there were boxes stacked everywhere...on furniture, on the floor. Needless to say, I was PISSED! you pick same size boxes...stack them neatly in the rooms where they belong (most were marked and the movers did not even read the boxes)...thus why my Mom was so overwhelmed with what was happening. They may have been professional boxing and moving into the trucks...but out of them.
