Brought it in at the beginning of May for a new battery, an oil change, and a slow leak in one of the tires. Not a big job for them by any means. Should have been done in a day or two, but they said three weeks. Called the other day to check on the status. They said it slipped under the radar and nothing had been done yet. Pathetic! Riding US-2 out west and need to stop in for 12k maintenance + new tires on my Yamaha FJ-09. Call a day in advance and they are super helpful on the phone, ordering my tires from a nearby warehouse and agree to squeeze me in at 3pm the next day on short notice. I show up a bit late (my fault) but they are accommodating and get me right in without chastising me. Spend the next 2 hours chatting with 5 or 6 of the staff from sales to service, all excited to chat about my trip, their past trips and general advice for a relative newbie. They even take me out back to teach me some key pointers in maintaining my bike. The only thing they needed to do was service my bike, not take the time to get to know me, talk with me in detail and even teach me about bike maintenance. They helped me figure out a good place to stay for the night in nearby Bemidji and stopped me from heading out straight into a storm. I really felt the family love here looking out for me, none of which they owed me. Stop by and see for yourself. Tell Paula that Jordan says hello!
