One had to cancel us. Paintbrush Adventures called us back about 24 hours after we called and left a message. No problem there. We set up a ride for the 2 of us. We found the place with no problem. We were greeted by a lady and 3 teen aged girls who all went out on the ride with us. There were a few dozen horses in the corral that all looked good. Horses were quiet and calm. The ride was along the river and parallel to the road. The area was in a wooded lot. 30 acres MOL. Lots of dead trees. The river was a nice touch. We were disappointed when it was just trails in a dead wooded lot. Nothing terribly scenic. No hills, no mountain scenes. Not exactly the Montana experience we were expecting. Nothing like the pictures we saw here.

The air was still and then alternating gusts of super hot and super cool air started blowing at us! Little tufts of cottonwood pollen were suspended in the air and the birds started to go wild! Probably at least 10 different types of birds started swooping over our boat looking for cover! It really was a magical experience!!
