But then the team that came out was different. They were nice guys, but inexperienced and did some shoddy work. I had them put up all new fascia boards which was a mistake. They are not carpenters. The gaps between the boards are all so large that caulking just falls out. I also had to stay on top of them to make sure they did everything that was in the quote. There were some decking boards that needed replacement, and they assured me they would do it, but I came home to find out they had papered over the old boards. Also had to keep on them to get a roof jack changed out. I wish I would have just paid a little more to get a reputable company to do the job. Now I think Redeemed Roofing is out of business, or will be soon, so their "best warranty in the business" is meaningless.

Martin does it the old school way all by himslef and hand nails every shingle by hand. This allows better nail penetration and prevents shingle damage by nail guns that many roofers use. If you want your roof done right the first time hire Able Roofing. Pride and craftsmanship are hard to find in the construction industry these days, but Martin delivers on all levels. Quality materials, 30 year shingles, good underlayment and new venting system which improved the air flow of our house. They did have to delay one day but they got started early on a Thursday morning and were done by 3:00 the following day. They completely cleaned up the area including the skylight over my office. They worked continually until the job was complete. I was highly satisfied with their work and the cost of the job.
