Another time they told me that the customer had to have received the discount prior to that day or they were not eligible! Other than that, Ricks prices are moderate, usually beating the chain pharmacies CVS and Walgreens. Other local pharmacies such as G&O are usually cheaper than Rick's, however. The sales people are young and a few are aloof to the point of rudeness. This used to be my favorite pharmacy, however I now do most of my drug shopping at G&O. Sad, because Ricks is just a few blocks from my home. Rick should re-evaluate his staff and policies, or a local landmark may lose even more business!

You are not speaking with the local office but with a billing center which sounds to be in a foreign country. Once they said I don't owe anything, but then the texts started again. It seems the local staff do not know how to figure your bill when you're there so a year later the billing office tells you the bill was not paid in full. There is no help or explanation from the local staff. Very questionable billing practices.
