From start to finish, the service was outstanding. It was really easy to book through their website, and they answered my questions promptly through email. Since we were traveling from the US, we bought eSIMs for our phones which only had a data plan. Luckily, the drivers are available on WhatsApp, so we were able to talk to them whenever we needed to. One especially nice feature was that we were able to book a driver for the entire day to visit Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. This allowed us to visit these places at our own pace, as opposed to booking a bus tour. We requested a Filipino driver who spoke Tagalog so we could have pleasant and easy conversations during the long drive there. He even accommodated our request to stop by a Costco on our way back to the hotel! The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and we felt well taken care of every step of the way. Traveling with a big family can be stressful, but Dinez Taxis made everything smooth and hassle-free. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly transportation in the UK.

After an…read moreexhausting 9.5-hour flight, our driver showed up late, loaded our three bags, and only as we were driving off said they wouldn't have fit in a saloon -- then demanded extra payment. Attempts to resolve the issue were met with argumentative behaviour and aggressive, intimidating body language, making what should have been a simple transfer unnecessarily stressful. At one point, he pulled over at a gas station and walked away to call the office, leaving us to try and repack the luggage ourselves. If you're booking from Gatwick or Heathrow, be aware that luggage issues may not be handled professionally. I will not use this service again.
