It's a fully stocked store with an array of items from chips, candy, and cookies to an assortment of grab&go sandwiches and instant ramen. This location is nestled on the corner of a busy, crowded street. No self-checkout. You have to pay at the register. The customer service was a bit lackluster.

It's mostly because Spar has a better selection and its usually cheaper. But, although I very rarely count on Cullens for my food supplies, I would be sad to see the shop close its doors. It's good to know Cullens is just around the corner and that even though the competition is brutal they manage to hang in there. Also, its nice to have it right next to Corrigans, if you need some snacks to go with your pint or a paper to read while you wait for your beer-buddies.

A major plus for Tesco is they take credit Card and cash. They take US Credit Cards, which a lot of other places only take the cards with the chips. I dropped into the Insomnia for a coffee today, just as an excuse to get out of the office today. I…read morehad gone in with the idea of ordering a latte but I saw their adds for Autumn themed hot chocolates and the raspberry and honey one grabbed my eye. I really enjoyed it! So it's a hot chocolate with a "shot" of honey served in a large white mug with cold cream on top and dried raspberry's sprinkled on top with a few flakes of chocolate. It really looks the part. So its an odd experience taking the first sip as your lips are dipped in the very cold whipped cream and the dried raspberry's sit under your noise so it is all you can smell and when you drink you get the heat and taste of the honey sweetened hot chocolate. So it's a real miss match of temperatures and tastes which is odd at first but it works. After drinking about a quarter I decided to mix all the cream and berry's into drink which again was nice as the raspberry's swell up in the chocolate and float to the top. Anyway it may not be everyone's cup of tea or cup of hot chocolate as the case might be but I liked it and would recommend you at least try it once. Yummy!!
