When I mentioned I was seeing Dr Olga he was pleased ! He said she was very smart as he knew her from Miriam hospital when she did her residency ! I fortunately don't have many issues as I try to stay healthy but as we get older things can creep in and I like to know I have a smart doctor who listens to whatever I need to tell her and advises me according to her best medical knowledge !

I waited over 5 minutes at the window just to sign in. Another miserable person. I know she was on the phone, but couldn't you just say to the person on the phone, please hold a second and JUST ask me my name. That's all she had to do. If I could rate her a 0, I would.

Upon check in for your appointment, they have everyone waiting outside. You have to text a number to check in and wait until they reply. Usual not on time. They have the ELDERLY and SICK people wait outside in the cold! That is unacceptable. I do not recommend. Brenda the assistant was very nice and professional, however. So was the girl doing my labs. Didn't catch her name. Wearing masks on in the appointment room is also a joke. They don't even inspect your throat or nostrils as they did in the past.

Cynthia, a Kent employee, worked meticulously and efficiently to make sure all the T's were crossed and the I's dotted. The transfer went flawlessly and Kevin the delivery technition, delivered the systems the same day the approval was obtained! He was incredibly knowledgeable and a fine representative of the company. He explained all the things needed to be understood and stressed that all I had to do was call with any questions I had. I also like that when you call Kent, you talk to a person right away! Anchor Medical has been the office where my GP is for 6 years now (I see Dr. Hardy). It's located…read moreright by the mall in the adjacent medical office complex (kind of like a mall for doctors offices, they even have a food place!). Everyone at the office has been friendly and helpful. I'm always seen within 5 minutes of my actual appointment time, which is pretty impressive (or so I'm told!). Doctors/PAs/NPs have always been patient, helpful, and courteous. Can't recommend them enough!
