Honestly I can't stop myself from reviewing mall store to mall store, but the shops in West County are just radical. A neatly organized place with cute furnishing, and petite displays. They also seem creative when it comes to decorating, and what they make. Service was good as well, lady at the counter was so sweet. I checked out some truffles, and boy were they good. They tasted high quality, with just enough sweetness. Maybe i'm just biased and have a dying sweet tooth for almost anything, but this store is a awesome dessert shop. read more

You can find yourself stuck in this store for an easy 30 minutes just browsing the selections and falling into spirals of amazement. Whomever is the curator of this store did a great job! From the throwback candy memories with Chick-O-Stick to the Non-USA based candy such as Banana Caramel Kit Kats, this store will have you contemplating what to buy. I settled on the Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey Cake, of which I have not yet tasted, forty purchase. It wasn't easy to decide on this selection, but it was the thing that I had the strongest reaction to in terms of, "wow, look at this!". We love bringing our kids here for special occasions but our most recent visit was disappointing. The pics I posted should give a sense of why felt like that. For a store that always seemed to pride itself on presentation and customer service, they failed miserably on both counts. Boxes stacked in front of shelves, empty containers and 2 overworked and clueless employees. I'm guessing it's a combination of supply chain issues and labor shortage but we may not go back here anytime soon. read more

Came here while shopping in West County Mall and the store is so cute! There were so many different types of gummy bears and all the staples from a quintessential candy store. For example, they sell these papers where you can write secret messages on them and eat them? Something the FBI should definitely look into! The reason for the 3 stars though is that the candy is kind of stale. Especially the chocolates, it seems like it was just sitting there for a long time and it lost a lot of the texture. Also, these kinds of candy stores don't seem to be that COVID safe as everything is just in open containers with lids that don't necessarily close shut, but that may just be my biased opinion. Would come back post-COVID. read more

The candy is good but nothing too special in my honest opinion. It's very over priced, especially the candy you bag and is weighed out. The last time I was there I bought just a tiny bit over 1 pound of candy but was charged for 2lbs. I asked if I could go back and get the extra candy I was paying for but not getting and was told I'd have to get back in the line which was forever long. In the end it wasn't worth messing with, the store was crazy busy and had little ones running everywhere. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but when it's close to $10 a pound and you don't get what you're paying for, it's just not cool. read more

Lolli and Pops looks like an old-world European sweet shop. It's main focus is to sell pretty packaged candies that people will give as gifts. This store tries to pull you in with old and new sweets. Dressed up boxes make gifting Lolli and Pops candies an easy decision. This store encourages you to go ahead and spoil someone! Champagne Truffles were beautifully packaged near the front door. The chocolate display case was busy the whole time I was in the store. People were building their own boxes of chocolate goodies. Bulk candies can be found in the back of the store. My friends and I went in to look for a chamoy pickle. We were also looking for a certain type of candy. My friend tried one singular piece of Candy to see if it was the right one and were immediately told to "GET OUT NOW". We were very shocked due to NO SIGNS OF NOT TRYING THE CANDY. We are not going to buy chewy old candy if it's not the right one/ or if we enjoy it. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE and we feel too uncomfortable to return. read more

This place is a virtual smorgasbord of treats, candies, chocolates, and drinks. They have everything from assorted chocolates and truffles to bulk candies available by the scoop. If you love candies, this place will scratch your sweet tooth. The staff here was delightfully friendly and sassy. It smelled wonderful in here as well. Went in with my friends, looking forward to purchase some sour candy after the truffles we had the time before were extremely dry and old. My friend tried one singular gummy bear and we were immediately approached and kicked out. We weren't even given the time of day or told not to do so. Customer service is extremely disappointing as well as never being greeted or told goodbye at any of our visits to Lolli and Pops. We won't be returning after this experience :/ read more

This is a cool new edition to West County Mall. The employees said the store has only been open for four months. It's a cute, new age candy store with friendly and helpful staff. They truly offer a wide variety of items to choose from. The BF went straight for The New York Seltzer Black Cherry at $3 a bottle. They have unique soda options from buffalo chicken wing to pb& j and beyond. This store has a lot going on, in a good way. There was containers of various flavors of cotton candy, various bags of flavored caramel corn, whole honey combs, varios flavors of honey sticks, a whole section dedicated to Jack Daniels, classic candy, old school candy and new age candy. There were giant rice krispy treats in various flavors. I mean soo many options of sugar and excitement to tickle your fancy, you can't help but smile. I have hardly even hit the nail on the head when it comes to this store. I didn't really checkout the prices here because my eyes were in playland and I didn't care. I would definately return here. First off, this candy store is adorable! Who ever designed it has a great eye! I want to live there, the candy is a big bonus! Haha. I got some triple chocolate malt balls and they were amazing! I also got some truffles. They were delicious and huge! I tried the chocolate mouse and the mocha! The employees wear old time outfits that are so cute! They have treats from around the world, something for everyone! Service was excellent and the young man even tipped his hat! A fun store and so pretty and of course deliciousness everywhere! I went in today to get my regularly scheduled candy fix for myself and my coworkers. I was shown a new gummy combo last week that I fell in love with: Strawberry Lemonade!
