The portions are very hearty and enough to fill even people like me : ). The food is well cooked and tastes nice. The staff are very friendly and people in the café are always friendly and always seem to share a smile. The seating although not the most comfortable is adequate to seat quite a few people and the prices are very reasonable and it is a nice place to take the family when you cannot be bothered to cook at home.

The toppings are put on generously and the kebabs and sudries are also of fantastic quality. Delivery from here normally takes about 30 mins to get to your house and the pizza is always still hot when it arrives. When we arrived we noticed a lot of the food containers were nearly empty (at 19.45pm) the food in them seemed dried out ie the rice dishes The jelly seemed slimey and the ice cream had pieces of ice in. There was food on the floor that had been there from when we arrived and had not been cleaned furthermore when we were leaving the gateau that were on display looked as if they had been re frozen and thawed therefore giving a soggy appearance. The music that wa pllaying was ok and my taste but we found the atmosphere a little loud although the places aroma was portrayed as depressing (not what I would have wanted for a new year) there was no customer feedback offered whereas when we were shown. To our table we were left and not asked if everything was to our liking etc etc. The laminate flooring has started to lift in front of the dessert trolley and has not only just happened this must be several months of selling as there is a lip of about 6-7mm where it has swollen with moisture getting in to the wood and the dirt has turned the wood black. Above the soup stickers there must have been information displayed which has now been pulled off. The stickers remaining are torn and dont look very presentable and attractive to the eye. The staff were nice enough but personally I think they were understaffed as I only seemed to see two, and one of them was the bar man who was also bringing the food out when it was needed maybe this was why there was a shortage of food when we walked in. We are not one for complaining but really feel we have to let you know our feelings about this and hope this will help you improve your service for others in the future.

It happened when I was there for a take away pizza, the guy said "It happens all the time, especially after rain". Uh, what a dirty place! People, NEVER EAT THERE!!!!!!!
