My first experience with The Door Store was with replacement doors to my basement and deck. Both…read moredoors came exactly as I wanted and were installed well. I'm having other renos to my home and several other service people noticed these replacement and comments how well these doors were installed. They next replaced custom interior door - also went great. I next had them and other vendors quote some window replacement. They were not the cheapest, but the quality of the door installs were so good, plus they were willing to work with aspects of my security system as well as change the window style from double-hung to casement, so I went with them. It was to be a 2 day installation, but in the middle of day 1, we realized some of the windows weren't manufactured as expected. I immediately contacted Steven, my sales rep. After we spoke for a few minutes, he acknowledged the issue and assured me they would work with me to come to a satisfactory solution. Long and short of it is that they did work with me and we crafted a solution that I'm very pleased with. Plus, I was so impressed with their professionalism that I've now ordered my remaining windows replaced with them. I've read a lot of reviews for many vendors where complaints were made, and often the reviews are negative. I'll say this - renovate enough and you will occasionally run into issues. It happens, even with good companies. But the difference between vendors is in how they handle those issues. The Door Store gets an A+ from me. High quality, excellent service, and highly professional - not just the management but ever single service person in my home. Worth every penny.

Any questions I've had leading up to the installation in the past few months, large or small, has always been responded to quickly, thoroughly and accurately. The delivery men were accommodating, friendly and on time - I appreciated their attention and attentiveness to our needs and consideration. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names. The installation/delivery manager was in regular and consistent contact prior to the installation and worked with me when the flooring contractors were delayed and our timeline shifted. He said what he was going to do and made sure it happened without a hitch. Much appreciated. Ron, Heather and John were the epitome of professional, courteous and very capable contractors - something I'm sure you know that not all contractors are or care to be. With the stress of a major & expensive remodel, tensions are often high and fuses run short, but this crew's competency allowed me to focus on managing the rest of the contractors and hit my own milestones to keep this remodel on schedule. I want to thank your employees for their hard work, and acknowledge and commend Century's culture of professionalism; it hasn't gone unnoticed. I hope this praise finds its way to everyone involved and their superiors - they are great ambassadors for your company. I look forward to working with Century again.

We were blown away by our experience with Carpet Mart. We contacted them after an installation…read morefailure from a different organization. It may be true that everyone carries similar carpet but their selection, communication, and steps to ensure a quality installation are unmatched. They were able to help us select the right carpet and then did an onsite visit to measure and discuss seam placement. Once the carpet was received they did an onsite inspection, made the cuts for the seams and then sent an entire crew of very professional (and friendly) installers to complete the work. The previous company failed to inspect the carpet for manufacturing flaws and then took 2 weeks to install the carpet. Once installed we were not happy with the installation. We had to make multiple complaints to get the project manager engaged, then more time getting the carpet manufacturer engaged. In the end it all had to be pulled out. I am so thankful that we opted to switch to Carpet Mart and will use them for all of our flooring needs in the future. When comparing estimates on carpet you need to look past just the price of carpet and padding but ask a lot of questions about installation. These include seam placement, do they inspect / cut the carpet prior to home delivery, and how many full time installers do they employ. We have had our carpet for less than a week and thrilled at the final product. Thank you Carpet Mart!
