I've ordered from Logoup since 2015 and recently spent hours placing three large orders (because their system is pretty cumbersome). After placing these recent orders, they emailed me saying that "In order to embroider your logo on each item, we charge a small fee of $2.99 per application, which is much lower than other vendors." I've placed many embroidery orders with them over the years and have never been asked to pay additional fees beyond what was listed when I chose my items. I emailed them and they kept insisting that their overall prices couldn't be beat and that the extra $2.99 per item was reasonable. I explained to them that there are other competitive options out there and that charging added embroidery fees after customers choose their products is bad business. It's a price increase, I understand. But their business is providing custom logos on merchandise. So adding an up-charge for embroidery seems silly. Everyone that uses your site is expecting to have their logo embroidered or screen printed onto their gear....it shouldn't be an up-charge. Which is super annoying because it's a new charge and because I missed it in one of the last steps before check-out (which is why I increased the rating to 2 stars). But even if I had seen that up-charge, I would have been ticked at the hours I spent compiling my order only to find a new charge added at the last minute. AGAIN, price increases in 2023 are expected.... but you lost a customer because it wasn't up-front and obvious like your prices have always been in the past. read more

I placed an order for my flag football team. It was really easy to order the 9 shirts that we need and I also got a couple fleece and hats. I like that the logo setup was free and they allowed us to place a smaller order. The site was overall easy to use and the pricing was very, very good. Since they told me the logo is now on file, I can order a few more fill in shirts if we get new players. I am really happy and would recommend using them. After a really bad experience with a different embroidery company, I researched local embroidery companies... And I'm very happy I did! LogoUp had great customer service and precision from start to finish! LogoUp digitized our logo for us and spent time to make sure it was perfect... They even sent us photos of the sew outs before they sent the polos into production so I would know exactly what we were getting. Also, because our company is local, I was able to go to the factory and hand pick the polos and got to see the behind the scenes of the production process. This company is shady! This was my second time dealing with them. I placed an order on their website and the receipt showed that I had received free logo set up($49.99)because I had met the criteria. They then email me a day later saying that I need to pay $29.99 for the logo set up. They said that the free logo set up was a one time thing for new customers and that I had already received it 6 years earlier when when I placed my first order. How can you invoice a customer a price and then ask for more? After a few back and forth emails their only solution was for me to pay the $29.99. I went ahead and cancelled my order. I received my order from Logoup.com after waiting a month, and was very excited to finally open my long awaited delivery. Yet, to my extreme disappointment, all of my logos were the wrong color, the printing looked fuzzy and bubbly, and the overall appearance was like a shiny sticker stuck to a t-shirt. They look horrible!!! I spent a lot of money to have professional logos designed to portray a certain company image, and it seems to me that the guys at logoup just disregarded all of the images that I sent them. We are a single employee dog kennel/training facility located in the Texas Hill Country outside Marble Falls, TX. When I first sought out logo wear, I attempted to source it locally. What I found was very limited flexibility on the part of the local vendor. It was then that I found Logoup.com and was introduced to Bruce. Bruce has always been my "Go-to Guy". We even did something that had not been done before by applying both embroidery AND silk screening to our t-shirts and Bruce made sure it happened CORRECTLY... I see the negative comments and I suspect those folks were looking for a cheap way out. Set-up fees are a given ANYWHERE you want to do business. It's a "One and done" with these guys. If you are in it for the long haul, you will be back again to utilize your graphics for free. I have had hats come back that were not done correctly. I signed up as a new customer with the hope of utilizing a coupon with pretty substantial savings on hats/beanies. I doubled my order based on the savings but I held off purchasing until I could get a question on sizing answered. When I received my answer the coupon had expired increasing the order nearly 75.00. I asked the coupon be applied and would probably order more from this company. They did not honor the coupon because it was expired while waiting on an answer from them. They chose not to receive an order over 300.00 as opposed to honoring a coupon that would have guaranteed return business. I'm not one to discourage on a single instance so if you're reading this LogoUp then I'm open to reorderiunder the CAPSDEAL coupon. The ball is in your court. So after much debate I decided to utilize one more opportunity to give this company a chance to rectify my past negative experience. No one ever contacted me to help resolve the issue so I'm not even sure anyone at the company reads these. This time I utilized an email which advertised free shipping. I was impressed with the price and thought when I checked out I would be informed the shipping was taken care of. I was surprised to find it wasn't. I went ahead and billed the shipping to my card to take advantage of the limited time sale. I thought someone would honor it since the last order was not honored because they failed to answer a question I had in a timely manner. I called back to customer service and stated the free shipping option would only be honored for orders over $299.00. He explained they are a company that give upfront deductions for artwork, etc but would not honor the free shipping. So I kindly finished the conversation by stating i would update my second review. So hopefully when I receive the product it more than makes up for the poor advertising and "small print" I need to pay closer attention too. Company won't back their own products. I am a small business owner who orders new uniforms for myself. I have rugged clothes for my job and polo shirts for hand shakes and meetings. The polo shirts I ordered were for the meet and greets, nothing rough. Customer 5/24/2018 10:24:22 AM I ordered these shirts in January of 2018. I have only worn each of them once. The shirts were washed inside of a pillowcase to ensure they did not get damaged by other clothing and 4 of them have giant pulls in the fabric. Let's start with the declining quality of service with this company although some of the products themselves are decent and well made. However, my dissatisfaction is that despite my logo being on file having placed a myriad of orders, they still repetitively and inexplicably send me emails to approve my logo! When checking out, if the logo is on file, you can select the appropriate box so your order goes directly into production. However, almost one week after placing my order, I am being asked to approve a pre-existing logo! Moreover, this is second or third time it has happened. The first time, I was given the bovine excrement excuse of there being new people so I await their freshly spewed excuse this time. To me, this is just delaying tactics, poor management, incompetence, the wheels coming off the wagon or all of the above. There must be some internal communication problems. Poorly ran business. My husband ordered a few shirts and vests from here. The shipment said delivered but was never delivered. Totally understandable things get lost during shipment, no big deal. When we went to place a new order, it was declined because they had to do an investigation... ok. When this was explained to us, we offered to pay for the new products as well as the ones that were "missing". But our order was still declined, tell me how that makes sense. Who refuses money? At a time like this? Must just mean they don't need your money because they sure as heck do not value their customers. Horrible customer service and terrible quality clothes. I am a one person company and ordered a few items so that I could look presentable to my clients. Everything came in too big and I am a short person, so this was less then ideal. I tried to return something and they gave me a hard time. I wound up sending back one item as the cost of shipping it all back was over $50. They then send me a questionnaire on how my experience was, I tell them it could have been better and everything is too big and I can't even wear it even though I have ordered from this brand before. One customer service person told me they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and to open a ticket. So i open another ticket to tell them I am not happy that everything is too big. Just had a very poor experience with this Company. First they advertise "No minimum order and No logo set-up fee," but there is a set-up fee if you don't order at least six items. In my opinion that is just false advertising. The have the minimum order information in small print when you scroll to the bottom of their web page but I had no reason to scroll there as the item I needed was at the top of the page. Also through out the hole check out process this "set-up" fee was not mentioned and it was not included in my total despite me having only 2 items. This is how my order went with them. - Went to their site saw the no minimums and no set-up fee banner - (Great I only need two things). - I proceed to order my items and get to the check out (Nothing mentioning a set up fee yet). - I make my payment for the two items. (No set up fee was charged to me) - Next day I then sent my logo in via e-mail as instructed. - I check the status a week later to find out my order is on hold. ( I was expecting it to almost be done) - I get no e-mail informing me of a hold. - I call and they tell me it is on hold be cause they wanted to know if I was ok with set-up fee of $50. (Why did they not contact me?) - I cancel the order because I was told that I have to order 6 items to avoid the set up fee and they asked me to just order more items. - I called back after I canceled to complain about the service and the misleading advertising on their home page I was basically told that is their policy. This company has poor customer service and a lack of integrity. If a customer came to me about this type of issue I would apologize for the clearly misleading advertising and work something out with the customer. Meh, not the best choice for online apparel printing by a long shot. Pros: pricing is good, you can contact customer service through online chat, good selection and apparel quality. Cons: takes 3-4 weeks to receive an order, 50% of the time orders have mistakes (wrong logo, wrong placement, etc), item descriptions are often incorrect. They have always refunded their mistakes, but if custom printing is your business I think someone should be proofing their orders. I have had items embroidered locally and get a higher quality product and at nearly the same price even though I make larger orders with logoup. I have ordered from them three times, not once have they met there 7-10 day shipping window, always 2-3 weeks instead. If you attempt to reach out and as about the price they will say it's standard and refuse to work with you on it - we placed an order for $400+ which was cancelled as a result of this policy. They have great prices. Then, they sometimes have sale prices. Then they have clearance prices. With an easy minimum to get free logo setup, you feel ecstatic. But, hold on... It's common to lower your expectations when pricing is this good... Boom! You are blown away by the name-brand quality and excellent workmanship. This is my third order this year. Somehow, I am happier each time a box arrives. For those who may hesitate, you should have reasonable expectations about what can and might not be possible with your logo. You should provide a clean, usable logo graphics file to ensure the best possible outcome. My logo is a little intricate, and I've been very impressed. Next, embroidery takes a little time...especially when there is a huge blowout on clearance and sale items. If you order in the middle of a massive special offer season, it might take a few more days before they can deliver, so plan accordingly. But once they ship, it gets here fast! They are consistent and deliver as promised. I haven't found anyone priced even close to LogoUp. Look everywhere else and then order here.
