I found LogoUp about three years ago after the two companies I had been dealing with told me that the logo from my company business card could not be embroidered onto a hat, shirt or jacket. I was told that the lettering would be too small and would not be readable. When I found the LogoUp website and saw the minimum initial order to avoid a setup fee , and that on subsequent orders there would be no minimum, I was willing to change the logo to take advantage of their offer. Even though it was after their listed business hours I called expecting to leave a message on a machine and was surprised when I got a live person to answer. I then was shocked to find out it was one of the company owners. I described my new logo and explained the problem I was having with the other companies. He said that if I would email the logo He would get the Art Dept. to verify it, but His initial impression was " I think we can handle that." And they did ! A couple of days later they emailed me a proof that looked perfect, with no changes made to it. A short time later I received the order and everything looked great. That same day I emailed the other two companies and let them know that I appreciated the work they had done for me for the past 8 years but I was now switching to a company that could embroider the logo that they couldn't. I usually order by the dozen, and have only had one glitch with sizing of one jacket a couple of years ago. I have to call it a glitch because it didn't qualify as a problem. I made one phone call and was told that another jacket would be processed on a rush order and shipped to me at no charge. When it arrived I called to tell them I would return the first one in the same box. I was told to keep it and do whatever I wanted with it. They said if I returned it they would donate it to a homeless shelter. So instead of returning it, I donated it to a local homeless shelter. After that first phone call when an owner answered after closing time, said He thought they could solve my problem and we stayed on the phone for about thirty more minutes discussing our respective businesses, it felt like I was talking to an old friend. With their professional, friendly staff and the quality and price of their work I have never even thought of using anybody else. read more

I don't want to be too long but there is really no other way to share my experience. I run a company in the North East and without getting into too much detail our logos are extremely important to us. I sent LogoUP our logo and needed to see it with different variations of colors; they were so accommodating it was honestly unbelievable. They sent 19 different variations to me after I explained how I wanted many options to look at and I cant imagine how long that took just to help a potential customer. Ultimately we found the 3 best variations that would translate onto the different color shirts the best. The fact that I was able to mix and match the apparel to the different color logos without having the inconvenience of physically having to go to a store was really amazing and a true testament of how great this company is. Moreover, I placed the order through the website (which was super easy btw) and it being a big order of over 45 items I was definitely a little nervous in how they would ultimately turn out. When I received them and opened the boxes I could not believe how amazing they looked!! The logos were immaculate (very detail oriented logo so I was really impressed) and the quality of the shirts was awesome. This company has so many options and it was great to get items that exceeded my high expectations. Between the customer service, the numerous apparel options, the easy to navigate website, the quality of the finished product, and how quick I ended up receiving the items after I ordered it was truly a seamless and fantastic experience. I recommended this company to my friend and even though he had a small order he had the exact same great experience. I am now in the process of ordering hats and I cannot wait to get them. Tough times really are upon us with the COVID-19 pandemic. I used to get polos for my dealership custom embroidered at a local embroidery shop for a couple decades now, but they unfortunately have gone out of business due to COVID-19. I was left dumbfounded as I had no idea where to get polos for my employees since the local shop was all I knew. I searched online and I eventually came across LogoUp. What was really appealing to me about LogoUp is that there was no minimum order size or small order fees. I was only ordering 10 polos and a lot of other places charged me an extra fee since my order was too "small". These fees don't exist at LogoUp.com. Fortunately for myself, I also stumbled upon their website while they were having a sale which they seem to have pretty frequently and I got a ridiculous deal on some polos. There are also no application fees but you have to pay for a logo setup fee which was $40. However, that is a one-time fee only and if I use them again (which I will) I won't have to pay it again since my logo will be on file. After placing the order I was able to track it and the shipment came in the promised time window. The embroidery was excellent, definitely done professionally with the proper equipment and care, and everything came just as I ordered it. I can't believe how inexpensive it all was as well. Although I still love the people that I used to order from, their pricing was much higher compared to LogoUp.com. LogoUp is definitely a 5 star service. read more

I have always gotten my uniform shirts, t-shirts, & hats from Logo-Up and this makes my fourth/fifth order. This last order involved not only basic embroidery on the hats and t-shirts, but two additional locations on the hats and three additional screen-printing locations on the t-shirts. I worked with Bruce and he took the time to verify if I could get my request done and what it would cost. The order was processed as two orders due to the mfg. process and I received my hats first. This was the second order of hats that I have ordered and the first ones were outstanding. Not having remembered what model I ordered before, I ordered a hat that was on sale as it looked to be a good deal. When they arrived the hat was not of the level of quality as my first order and the embroidery was not located where requested. I contacted Brandon in the Customer service area and he didn't blink an eye on replacing the order free of charge with the embroidery correction and better quality hat. My next surprise was when my t-shirts arrived and my company's screen print was identical to my art sent. (I had the same done locally on some embroidered Logo-Up t-shirts and are pale in comparison as the local company limited the screen to 3 colors vs. the full color Logo-Up provided) I always get great service from helpful folks at a fair price. I don't normally do reviews for things, but I feel like logoup is getting unfairly reviewed. I've ordered from them several times, and have been nothing less than thrilled with the results. They take a bit longer to ship than other places I've used, but they make up for it with the BEST prices I've found, great sales and patient artists. There are a couple of reviews on here that give one star because THEY didn't see the HUGE banners scattered all over the site that say "No setup fee if you order 6+ items." It is true: there is no minimum. You can order one thing whenever you want (most sites are 6-12 items minimum). I've needed to pick up one shirt here, one hat there for employees and have loved this convenience. But if its your first order, logoup needs to have a 6 item minimum in place to offset the cost of DESIGNING YOUR LOGO. Don't want to do that? Then pay the industry standard $50. Its not that hard to understand. You all own businesses, same as me. How is the concept of MAKING MONEY so lost on all of you? (of note: the setup fee is a one-time thing). You're acting like a bunch of grumpy walmart customers. I've strayed off topic; the point is, logoup.com is a first rate company. I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. I now exclusively use them for all my company's apparel needs. If only they could do ink pens and business cards; then I could get rid of that horrid site Vistaprint. read more

The customer service is awful and their marketing materials are misleading. Everything they send says "7-day shipping", but the FAQ (that you can only access via a link in the footer of the site) says 7 "business" days. When I wrote into to question where my order was after not receiving a notification for 13 days, I was informed that my order had already shipped and that I needed to check my spam folder for the tracking link. Why would this one email go to spam when every other email they send me goes to my inbox? I did eventually receive the notification, 2 days after my order had arrived. When I pointed out that my order was shipped late for the 2nd time in a row, I was informed that they had created the shipping label 7 business days after my order, but when I looked at the delivery timeline on USPS, the items were not given to USPS for shipment until the 8th business day. One day late is fine, except when it happens multiple times and I have told people that it would be shipped in 7 days. Instead of dealing with the issue in a positive way, customer service blames me for not getting the notification and for not knowing shipping is measured in business days. These guys need to reevaluate their customer service guidelines and stop being misleading on the service they offer. read more

This is the third order I have placed with Logoup and I have been not only satisfied but pleasantly surprised on each order. I usually don't write reviews but after dealing with this company several times I felt I had to. When I am dealing with a company the two main things I look for are consistency and quality. Logoup excelled in both areas. As my business has grown the orders have become more complex (different items, colors, ect.), but the quality of the product has remained excellent. The orders were also filled well within the time frame provided by Logoup. Marlon in the art department was extremely helpful transferring my logo from a picture to an embroidery pattern, making sure that the colors used would work with the background colors of the items. Brandon was also a great with customer service, making sure to keep me in the loop as my order was processed and answering all my questions as I went through the process. This brings me to my best reason to use these guys and that is price. I looked at a bunch of competitors and for the items I wanted no one could come close to Logoup's pricing. You know what? Placed my first order with these guys. A little hesitant. Ordered some shirts and hats. They had the best pricing in what I would say is a very competitive market. Their pricing strategies, wordings, promos, seemed quite gimmicky. However, got my order yesterday, and very happy with it for the most part. A couple of items had issues, so I contacted them. I emailed pictures of my concerns, and the next reply from them was an order number with the replacement items to be shipped at no charge. For being on the inexpensive side, you might just expect a lower quality on all the items and have to deal with it. Most of my order was awesome. High quality materials, and spot on embroidery. I already placed another order with them just on my satisfaction with how they dealt with me so far (and the items are on sale :) ) I will recommend to my friends for sure. Their intro offer as long as you get the 6 items is a great deal since they do your logo for free. Trust me, I searched the web extensively to find a company where I could affordable find some swag to advertise my company. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Logoup, and let me say it was just that- an experience. I own a vape shop in downtown San Diego called Electromist. The shop has a very particular vibe, for which I wanted a certain type of look in my uniforms. I wanted my logo on everything, but on the sides instead of the usual front half. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I wanted my custom uniforms that fit comfortably and look good for the BEST PRICE I could find. I searched the net for a while, and found some cool stuff at Logoup.com. But I was blown away by the prices I found on their stuff. I placed an order for a bunch of custom hoodies, polo shirts and microfleece jackets. The day after I placed the order, I realized that I had forgotten to inform them about my custom logo placement. I've just had a phenomenal experience with LogoUp. I have a sailboat race scheduled tomorrow (Saturday) with a crew of 6 and I kept putting off ordering some jackets with the boat name. Finally last Monday I called LogoUp and spoke with Bruce saying that I need 6 jackets by today (4 days from order to delivery). Bruce walked me through the online ordering and said he would monitor the order at every step. By Monday night I had my proof sample and approved it by email. Over the next couple of days, I got process and shipping updates, and my embroidered jackets arrived via Federal Express this morning, just as promised. This means they designed and produced the jackets in two days; shipped on the third day and I received them on Day 4. Obviously there was a special rush charge and I was very happy to pay it. These guys bailed me out of a jam and it was fantastic to see the crews' faces tonight when I brought out the jackets with the team/boat name on the chest. I ordered from LogoUp a while ago like in 2014 so I kind of forgot how their ordering process works. Also, some things on the website have definitely changed since then so I just preferred to talk to a representative. I started off with the live chat option which was very helpful at first, but I just prefer to talk with someone on the phone as I have a lot of sporadic questions. I got connected with someone on the phone right away and they had a great attitude which is always appreciated when talking to customer service. They enthusiastically answered all of my questions that were both dumb and warranted, and guess what, they STILL had my logo on file from 2014 so I didn't have to pay the one time logo setup fee. Now that's dedication to customer service. I ordered some polos and I knew that their embroidery was very good from my previous experience in 2014. I was in a very interesting situation where I had to order all kinds of products since I was launching a marketing campaign at my auto company. I didn't want to order from multiple websites since I needed my products to all come at the same time and a lot of places require minimum orders and small order fees so it made it tough. When I went onto LogoUp's website I was astonished by how many different products they offer that you can get your logo on. I got some super cheap custom can coolers, pens, nike and puma polos, richardson hats, and even some outerwear. The variety is ridiculous and they have all of the big name brands. The pricing is very fair as well, there are no application fees and you only have to pay a one time logo setup fee. My products came in the promised time frame and I was super impressed with the embroidery in particular. The stitching was very fine and really emphasized all of the fine details and colors of the thread. I work on the accounting side of the house. I called LogoUp to see if we could get special consideration for future services due to a policy change our within our own company. Upon reviewing our account history they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I am so impressed with the speed and ease at which they made this billing process change available to us. I have gone through this same process with other preferred vendors but none have made the process so painless even though we had good established history with them as well. They get 4 stars because Bruce (a supervisor) made everything right - otherwise this would have been a one-star. My graphics designer, Jen, placed the order beginning of December. Had no problems with set-up etc. Come first week of January we haven't heard anything or received our order. Jen calls and is told our shipment is on the way. Days later we get the shipment - with 2 of the 6 items backordered. What we received looked great. A call to "customer service" was very unhelpful and worrisome: a backordered item could take days, weeks or never arrive. Needed to take this issue to a higher level as we needed the products in 1.5 weeks. Bruce explained what he could do to meet that timeline, followed through and we got what we needed. When ordering specific shirts the customer will need to diligently follow-up to determine if product is available in the sizes and quantity needed - the warehouse is not proactive in communicating backorder status and "customer service" agents read more

I have ordered apparel from many websites before. My friends and I in college especially loved making funny shirts for trips or different events. A lot of the websites I ordered apparel from either took forever to send me my shipment or just did an okay job. It is important to have a variety of things to choose from when it comes to designing apparel, for example: a big selection of colors or different kind of fonts. I was not finding that with most of the other websites I ordered apparel from. Then i was told about LogoUp and everything changed! They have a huge selection of different colored shirts, hats etc. and you can put whatever logo you want on your apparel or hats. You also don't have to worry about your logos coming off because the embroidery that they use is is of very great quality. Since I have ordered apparel from LogoUp I have not used any other website. Stumbled upon them by chance while trying to find some affordable embroidered clothing. I haven't received my actual order yet as it was recently approved for production, but so far it's been a great experience. I ordered vests that were priced well below many other sites. I called in and talked to customer service and was treated very well. Can't remember the gentleman's name but he was so helpful and nice. Really appreciate that they have people in the art department that go over your logo and inspect it for quality and work with you to re-size it as needed to ensure that it will appear clean and well detailed. While there were some extra charges to make the specific logo I wanted, (quite a bit of detail to it) it was still reasonable, and I was given an explanation as to why it would cost more before my order was finalized. I wanted to make sure I received a personal touch in terms of service and I wasn't sure if I would get that from a company located several states away. I had the opportunity to be assisted by Trisha. As my direct contact with LogoUp, Trisha exceeded my expectations. She was very responsive and walked me through the entire process from ordering to delivering. Trisha was very personable.
