I had an absolutely awesome experience with logojoy! The designer I worked with, Kiah, did an absolutely flawless job and ultimately lead to the purchase of my new logo. I had just been flipping through logos and type sets on my own, and came up with a logo I somewhat liked but wasn't completely ready to buy yet. I received a message from Kiah offering a free review and advice on designs. I was in a "I know this isn't perfect, but I don't know how to make this better phase" rut, and Kiah did exactly what I needed. I explained a little bit about my business, what I do, who I sell to and the overall look and feel I wanted from my logo. I sent her what I had generated, and within an hour she made it absolutely perfect. She didn't do a complete overhaul (which is great!), but rather tweeked things here and there that I wouldn't have thought to do. INITIAL 1 STAR REVIEW: No Customer Service. I registered, but my designs got deleted. Now I cannot replicate my design since it is all algorithm based. Very frustrating company to deal with. Never again. I submitted my issue via email to Customer Support and got an email back from "Hannah" saying that they could not help me and that I had to start all over. They're a JOKE. You will never get a hold of them nor a return call. Their email support is just as bad and when you pay extra money for a designer to help they just plug you for more money while giving nothing in return. They say you can make changes to your logo but then they have to upload it and they never do !!! Stay away trust me read more

This company is amazing and their costs are so reasonable. I worked wirh Ysabel, a designer who was so creative and helpful. She was quick to respond to emails within minutes most of the time..and def within an hour or so..her ideas and support left me feeling confident my logo was designer approved! So I defiantly recommend paying the extra fee for one hour of designer time..it really gave me piece of mind. Then, the company sends all the file types you will ever need for any format! From Etsy shop banners to twitter, email, iPhone and LinkedIn comparable formats. I got a watermark and wallpaper too! I am side I saved at least a 1000. Dollars ..thank you Logojoy! Worst experience ever. I inadvertently used a second email for my payment and so I was never able to marry the two accounts; the one I ordered with and the one I paid with . I never got my logo delivered (and I needed it desperately for a flyer) and could not get anyone to resolve the issue. I left three voice mails and wrote four emails finally asking for a refund and was told I cannot get a refund! I haven't received anything and there's NO customer service and NOONE owns your problems. It's a mess and a waste of my time trying to write to one agent after another and not getting responses. I am very pleased with my experience with LogoJoy. First off, the model helped me create a beautiful logo on my own! I could fiddle with it in numerous ways to experiment. I loved the interface. It was very easy to use, had numerous options but was not overwhelming, and high quality designs. But what really sets LogoJoy apart is the amazing customer service. Everyone I interacted with was responsive and helpful. Chanelle in particular was so helpful and patient with my numerous questions about the various packages and products. I was so happy with the result that I decided to go for the additional hour of personal design help with Ysabel. She was fantastic! Simple, affordable and very convenient experience.....the designer was amazing and fast!!

I logged on to logojoy's website looka.com in the hope to design a logo for a foundation I am starting. On the main page of the website, it says Design a custom logo for free. Only pay if you're 100% happy! I created my logo and like their website says you can download previews. My assumption was that I should be able to create a design and download previews to apply to whatever application I am needing it for to see if I want to use it and then if 100% happy pay for it. This was not the case. I had to pay $80 for it and then another $9 dollars to have access to business card files when the website makes it seem everything is included under one purchase. So then I make the payment and immediately cannot access any of the files I'm supposed to get for $89. I then go back into the logo generator on the site thinking I messed up and tried to recreate the logo which would not let me so I started the whole process over. the second logo gave me instant access and showed it was fully paid for. I downloaded it to see if it would work but knowing this was not the logo I really wanted as the first design was not working. I then followed site directions and clicked on the second logo to edit, as the company says you have unlimited changes and downloads to changes and immediately it wants me to pay another $9 for files. I contact customer service but of course, they don't work on the weekend. Needing the files for a deadline I pay the additional $9 and click download. of course, the new design does not download but gives me what I already had. So again I log in to the site and I will not let me access the second logo so again I start over. the 3rd logo gives me instant access but makes me pay another $9 for the files which I paid. And yet again the files downloaded were the ones I already had. so being a Saturday I had to wait for customer service until Monday, pushing back all my plans and meeting I had scheduled. Monday comes and customer service rep takes an hour of chat to basically get to a point where credits were added to my account to repurchase everything and the outcome was logo three was now accessible but still not the original logo I wanted. The additional $18 paid for was ultimately taken care of and refunded but I still did not have the logo that I wanted and was under the assumption I paid for. Of course, the customer service logged off for the day and again I had to wait. Then I get a message saying send me a screenshot and began a conversation of run around with the same customer service rep. in the end, after bickering back and forth I have paid for something that I am not 100% happy with and they will not add credits to get access to my original created design even though they were able to do it before. Then I ask for a refund and they say they can't do that per there terms and conditions, but yet won't give me access to what I paid for. Then the customer service agent shuts down the chat window link from the company side and I have no way of communicating to them anymore. I have since contacted the BBB and FTC so we will see how they handle it. I recommend staying away from this company at all costs. read more
