We have spoken to many members, Logoinn or more correctly their parent company ITsec is run by a Pakistani owner living in Leicester UK but all of the work is done by guys in Karachi Pakistan working 3 shifts in a 9th floor call centre in Caesar's Tower Karachi, Pakistan. They can be found on Facebook if you look up itsec.pk They advertise for sales people "Candidate must be proficient in English Language. British and American accent will be given preference" so they can use a fake English sounding names to fool people into believing they are not in Pakistan.They use guys on 3 shifts so there is always someone covering the different time zones in the US, UK, Australia etc.. I inquired about a website build with Logoinn and they provided example websites that looked nice, I contacted the businesses just to ask how their experience with Logoinn was and all of them mentioned that they have never heard of Logoinn and had another web design company build their website. So it seems that Logoinn just found some nice looking websites online and used them as their own examples claiming they built those websites. Absolute rubbish business to deal with and I am sure that most of their positive reviews are just fake reviews posted by them to make themselves look better. read more

This website company Logo Inn it just a waste of time and money with them, it been 3 month and my website has not working properly, they told me it will take 3 days to get it work, after 3 days has pass by and they told me it will take another 1 week and now it been 1 month my website is not working. I told them that it have to be done by the holiday they keep on telling me that it will be done before 1 week Don't waste your time and your money with this company they don't know what they are doing they will keep on telling you 1 week to be finish your website and it gonna turn out to be month and month and nothing what you ask them what need to be add or fix and they will not do it, they will take there sweet ass time. read more

Appalling. Three months to get a site that didn't function properly, and without all the aspects I'd asked for, but which I only discovered weren't included when the site went live. Took forever to make the smallest of changes, could not answer the simplest questions and would deny they were to provide the services they said were included in the package on their website! Like a bad episode of Fawlty Towers that just kept on going. They may be cheap, but you'll pay in terms of time, energy and your sanity. DON'T USE THEM! read more
