You want to avoid this staffing agency as they will NOT help you in finding the right job. They don't follow their own protocol and have their client's interests in mind far more than their employees. That's how they get their business so they hire a ton of people as cannon fodder and don't care to help them truly find a career. All the girls are extremely inexperienced and unprofessional. You get the impression that there are certain cliques that are strong and present between your staffing rep and where they place you to work as well. They have a total lack of respect for anyone that walks through those doors looking for a job. I have hired my attorney to dig deeper and have reported them to the WA Labor Commission via a telephone interview and intake form. Avoid at all costs. When I tried to contact them with questions, they ignored my phone calls and messages. After three weeks of not being scheduled, I had to quit. I can't and won't give even one star. I called, went in, applied. I just as hired and told to show up for my first day June 1st which was a Wednesday. I was excited and relived to know that I had a job and was going to be able to move forward. I showed up for my first day, my second day and I really liked it and was excited to be a part of something, as I was driving home a revived first a text saying I wasn't need on Friday and to stay home... I was driving, but pulled over to call Logic and was told that I no longer was employed with them and that I wasn't given the job in the first place??? WTF? Yes I was I was give my pay card the, the location, and start date. From the time I was in the office and my start date was a week. Not one call, no one said ONE word. So I was in shock to hear what this man was saying to me. Then he proceeded to question who I spoke with when he could see who my Reuter was and the date and time I was there. I know am left hanging and with no answer. They have no idea what they have done to me both mentally and financially. For I now face losing everything. Iv now Lisa 10 days not looking for work since I was give a job with them and was told my pay will not be payed for 2 weeks when they fired me on the phone say it was not my fault and they were sorry. WTF????? Worst experience of my life and I'm humiliated for I look like a no show at the job I was given and saddened to know that my best foot forward and trust in them was for nothing. There was always an issue with my pay. There were two times I didn't get paid on time no fault of my own. Their assignments are pretty crappy mainly Warehouse. The pros I would say is if you're in a desperate need for work they can get you to work pretty quick. The jobs are super super low paying which if you're used to I guess that's fine. read more
