They had hand sanitizer at every entrance. I checked in right away. The staff was super friendly. I was called into a room immediately. The LPN was very polite and professional. He took my vitals, listened to my concerns and just as he was finishing up, the NURSE PRACTITIONER, Nikki came in. She reviewed my chart, asked questions, looked at me and addresses all my concerns. She was extremely friendly and professional. She gave me prescriptions and I was on my way. Very clean. Extremely friendly and personally staff. Quick service. Mary and Dr. Kupferer are both kind and not rushed. Easier to be seen. We had a long wait one day, because Mary was out with Covid, but Dr. K made us feel like we were his only patients. When I called to request an appointment…read morefor my sick husband I was bluntly informed that I had to come in and fill out paperwork before even being allowed to schedule an appointment, followed even more bluntly that doctor was not taking new patients if they needed opioids. I was then treated to the tale of how this woman's son and grandson both had curvature of the spine and her grandson is a wrestler. Meanwhile my husband is coughing so hard he's passing out. In spite of her rudeness I got my husband in the car and made the almost one hour drive to the office. I asked if there was a chance my husband could be seen that day she flippantly informed us that doctor wasn't even in the office. I commented that that would have been nice to know when I called. She quite derisively replied that I hadn't asked. I admit that in my frustration I snipped that I didn't realize I had to ask and turned to help my husband back to the car. On our way out she made sure we heard her sarcastic verbal parting shot, "Nice." It doesn't matter how wonderful the doctor may be when the office staff act as if they're doing you a favor by deigning to speak at you.

It was requested that I bend my knee and when I tried to do this there were a lot of pain involved in making the movements. The nurse started in with what I perceived as a attitude that I was wasting the nurses time. Then the nurse proceeded to role her eyes and treat me as though I was inconveniencing her. I had X-Ray and received some medicine. My belief is that Nurses are God sent and maybe she had a bad. Perhaps she may like to find a different profession if she doesn't want to deal with patients.
