We've been going up this way for over 20 years. Walked in last September. The second guests as they were opening. The lady behind the bar waited on everybody else who trailed in after us. What a fun place! The owners (Dan & Fran) are genuinely the nicest people you will ever meet. We love going to the meat raffle and hanging out with the locals and the out of town weekend cabin goers. Something about the business owners in this town. They all act like you're inconveniencing them by giving them your money. This place is a dump from the word go and the owner is a jackass. They hate people from out of town and treat you like shit, but that's where their money comes from. Skip it and head to Outing or Crosslake for decent service. read more
