Not a real company. Claims to make quality loft beds, asks for a deposit and tries to build a bed that you didn't order in your house. Takes the bed after you refuse it and then refuses to give your deposit back. This guy Kelly claims to be a wood worker but has no wood work experience. He didn't even know how to sand the wood smooth let alone the difference between paint and wood stain. They use photo's from other people's pinterest pictures as their own. His bed was so rough it would give your kids slivers He never sanded the wood one. he lied about staining , varnishing, the type of wood he was gonna use etc.. aLeo he wasted my time we confirmed to meet at his house and than he never showed up everything was my fault .he came to my house to measure my room so that the bed would fit than when his guys get here to build it he sits in his car for four hours well they build it and the bed was to big and built wrong. now he is trying to keep my money after he said he would give it to me and after taking his bed back. So I would just like to say I would say not to do business with someone like this but it's up to you what a headache . read more

BUYER BEWARE! They have my money for three items, they delivered one and now have disappeared. I kept trying to make an appt to pick up the other items that they had promised to deliver. They always had an excuse to why I could not come to their shop. I cannot believe how stupid I feel after being scammed like this. I hope someone finds them and sends them to jail!! read more

Very disappointed in how unprofessional and how much there was lack of communication. When given the quote of a order it said to pay 60% down to lock, which we of course did. And the day of it being delivered hot another invoice that was almost the same amount as our quote, that needed to be paid on top even though they already gave our quote. When receiving our piece sadly it was built very poorly, doors would not close, we tried to put magnets on it to have it shut, but the doors so warped it still won't close. And the shelves that were provided are all different cuts so you can't adjust them as they don't fit on every placement. When trying to reach out we were continually ignored and sadly when reached, told us they didn't want to resolve the matter and hung up. I've never been more appalled with a company in my life before ! My boss ordered a bed for her daughter and it 100% isn't even close to what she ordered never mind their ridiculous prices for work so horrid I'm certain I can do better with Zero wood working experience! I was their from the beginning to end even the ordering process because my boss is terminally ill and some days can't even read or reply to messages on her own so she often gets me to help ! Not only where they over a week late delivering this piece of garbage (they said would be painted and that's why they where late) and saying car trouble made them seven hrs late on the day of (they sent a photo of. Vehicle being boosted not even the vehicle they arrived in btw ) they arrived friendly enough I showed them to the room and they ( Kelly and a apprentice) started to get to work they said they would be 30-45 mins (it ended up taking them 1 and a half - 2 hrs ) about 15-20mins in my bosses husband went to check if they needed anything only to find Kelly had taken off his mask ! What the actual hell ! Everyone in the house put on masks for their arrival even in their own house and he couldn't be bothered to leave his on in a house full of sick and elderly ?really ? An hr or so into it someone arrived to pint the room (witch they should have no longer been their for ) only to be told they needed the whole room and would only be ten more mins (as if ) then they left , everyone was making dinner so I showed the painter to the room and then tried to move the bed to help him get more access to the wall only for the whole bed to shake back and forth !So unstable it couldn't be moved at All !I then got my bosses husband to come look only to find out there was so much more wrong with it ! Not level at all , not sanded , the wood pieces where bowed and it lacked support among other issues ! At this point I had to go home but when I came back to work I found my boss totally stressed because even tho she is super patient and kind their customer service was beyond ridiculous offering band aid solutions and refusing to refund the money and take their garbage back insisting she make arrangements to take the bed down (and if they break the garbage anymore they would be charged further )and return it to them !you want woman on bed rest to do what ?! Your a joke ! , they then sent my boss a bill for another 200+ dollars witch would make the garbage 400+ dollars total when all she wanted was a refund and them to take back the bed ! Shame on you , do you know what stress does to someone Ill ? Never mind terminal ! You are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of coming across I pray no one ever uses your company again so they don't find themselves in this type of bullshit situation!
