New Ownership and Management have turned this property around. Renovations took place in August and makes it feel like a new property.

I'm very sad that my first apartment, especially one with "luxury" in the name was such a poor experience. In my three months of living at Loft Vue, Fort Worth, I experience - poor/ lack of Air Condition for over a month - gnats and roaches infestation due to the neglect of regular trash pick up (even the chute in the trash room began to overflow due to build up). Thus leading to many code compliance laws being broken. (The case number for the property is 20-557356. You should be able to look it up online and view the details of the case or call customer service for Fort Worth compliance with the case number to get details.) -leaks in stairwells, leaving possibly of slipping - lack there of upkeep and cleanliness, never once in my time of living there were the hallways floors mopped nor even swept -elevator being down for weeks - lack of proper security such as : *broken locks on outside doors, enabling anyone to enter. Still currently broken. * Multiple instances with the gated garage door was unable to shut; again, allowing anyone to enter. - and unkept promises from management: such as a $200 gift card being (as part of leading deal) and never receiving it despite written assurance I would. TCU students and parents, as a senior, I advise living in a dorm or alternative housing. Yes, I understand there are certain benefits to living in an apartment verses a dorm, yet for your health and safety, live elsewhere. For what Loft Vue costs, it is not the place to live. They paint a beautiful picture of what they'd like for you to see on their social media; don't buy it. No security in parking garage. No cameras, no guard, no occasional patrol. nothing. The catalytic converters were cut off of my kids car inside of the gated parking garage. If a thief had that much time and could make that much noise, what happens when it is more than a thief? NOT SAFE. read more

I picked Loftvue for its convenient location to campus and because it appeared to be a great place during the tour. Overall, the experience has been more frustrating than good. When I applied, I requested to not be in a room by Whataburger and, at the time of my application there were multiple rooms available and yet I was placed in the closest room to Whataburger without any notice until I was there and had paid for my rent. If you live here, you will hear delivery trucks at 4 a.m., trash pick up at 5 a.m., they will power wash the drive thru at 11p.m. and you will hear people order food all night long. If you need sleep, don't live here. No real solution was made, but the closet is big, so some nights I sleep in there to dim the noise. I was charged for parking in the garage and yet didn't have access until the second month I lived here. Have requested multiple times for a refund and I'm still waiting to hear back from someone. Also, even though your car info is submitted to get a parking pass, if you don't have it in the window for even a day, you will be towed with no notice. You also won't be notified you were towed, so the fee can just keep racking up. The positive that I can share are that the rooms are clean, the management staff is friendly and maintenance fixes things in a timely manner. But if you come here for TCU or work, I would recommend a dorm or paying a little extra for something better. read more

First, the positives: For a college apartment complex, the units are very nice, and the building is close to campus. However, we have had to request several maintenance repairs during our few months here, and things seem to break every week- including the elevator, which has been down at least 7+ times in the last couple of months. In addition, every night there are multiple loud parties in the building, and although management has acknowledged that they have received noise complaints and are aware of the problem (and the tenants who are causing the issue!) they have done nothing about it. There have been three different managers in the last three months, and each one does not seem able to fix the noise problem. While new management seems more friendly and willing to help, customer service in the past has been lacking and the employees have been pretty rude. There have been multiple occasions where I have had a question, and an employee said they would look into it, but no one got back to me. For the amount of money we pay per month, employees should at least be friendly and willing to help. read more

This place is trash. The only thing I liked about living here was meeting one of my best friends who lived above me and covered parking. We bonded about how we didn't like living in the building. People in the office would continually misplace packages that were sent for me by family members. The door into my apartment would break at least once a month and I would not be able to get in, when I would call the manager one of the guys had to drive for about 45 minutes in to let me in and he was mad at me that the door was broken. There would be a party every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night in the same few rooms and the management would do nothing about the noise, even when the police would be called. I could go on for a lot longer about how the management came into my apartment while I was showering and didn't knock or anything. Do not live here. I would have rather have lived on TCU's campus again than living at loftvue. read more

I don't even know where to start, we haven't had wifi for almost three weeks and the elevator has been broken for over a month. The trash is never picked up and it piles up in the hallways. Yesterday, nobody's key fobs would work to open the door to the stairs so people had difficulty getting in. The lights in the stairwell and hallway are also out now. Our hallway is also disgusting, I literally don't even know if you could consider this place habitable. There's one guy who works here and he is a nice guy, but he can't do everything. Before he got here, there was literally not a single person working here and packages were just left in the hall where anyone off the street could steal them. I submitted a maintenance request in august and at the end of November, they emailed me saying it had been completed even though they never even came to my apartment. Nelson partners is a Ponzi scheme, and I'm pretty sure they're going under but DO NOT live at any nelson partners property. This has been the worst place I've ever lived, wish I could give it zero stars. read more

Had a bad experience at first while I was living there but the apartment manager Paris Watson went above and beyond to change my views on Loftvue and make me feel like a valued member of the community. Awful complex. Security is very poor. Vehicles are constantly broken into and nothing is done. They break the lease agreement and throw your entire place into the trash and then lie about the reason why. I wouldn't live here even if it was free. read more

Where do I even begin with how AWFUL this place is. Not only did my brand new car, which I paid for a parking sticker for, get towed but it also got DESTROYED for upwards of $3,500 worth and Loft Vue did NOTHING to repay my family except a pathetic "I'm sorry" email. Also it is ridiculously loud every night to where I had to sleep on the floor of the business school at TCU because it was consistently too loud at Loft Vue. They also charge a premium because they think every student that lives here is a snobby rich TCU student- it's hundreds more than if you lived in downtown Fort Worth ALONE. Paris The manager at these apartments is so cruel. One day I was trying to get my mail and she snuck behind me and screamed at me because my apartment wasn't clean enough for the inspections. I was so appalled at what she had done and immediately complained to the rest of the management staff. However, since she is the top manager, nothing was done. All they did was offer free coffee to make up for it and it wasn't even Good. I have already felt violated enough by the fact that these apartment employees continue to walk into my apartment without knocking and without permission. I can't even play my music without getting fined. NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO SPEAK TO ME LIKE THIS as though I am just another dog that craps everywhere in these apartments of which nobody cleans up after. However, now, I feel even more violated. I couldn't even escape from her to go back to my apartment because the elevator was broken, as it has been REPEATEDLY forcing me to crawl up the stairs even with my bad knees and arthritis!!!!All I could do was use my stupid RFID key to go into the parking garage to get away from her which costs so much to replace.
