I came across Big Ed's on craigslist and messaged them right away in hopes they were real! Rose quickly responded that same night and I felt very much at ease that I was speaking to a real compassionate human being. She allowed us to come visit the bunnies the next day before we left a deposit. We were thrilled with our visit. A week later we picked the bunnies up after reworking our scheduled pickup time Rose helped surprise our girl where she didn't believe they were her bunnies to bring home! I would absolutely recommend Big Ed's if you're looking for cute and affordable pets. We also picked up Some fresh eggs during our visit!

Drive 40 min up there, didn't have meds ready just charged us $40 for a written prescription that the pharmacy doesn't carry, called back asking them to refill it. They called back apologized said they would have the refill ready this evening. My husband drives 40 min again to-we can't give you the meds until you bring the prescription back (not telling me this on the phone this morning) so now driving 40 min there and back home 2 times with no meds. Will not be going back and do not recommend this place! They make it impossible to get meds elsewhere and they do not respect your time!

I have a big goofy goldendoodle who on my best days can be too strong for me. Since u use a cane now they are willing to come out to my car and bring him inside. I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes to see a vet. The vet is very clear about instructions. Also the they remember my dog and handle him with great care . When my appointment is over I sometimes have to ask a staff member to take him back to my car and they are always willing to help. It is a great place to gave your pet cared for. Do not ask why I have the dog if he is too much. He is supposed to be a miniature golden doodle. I should have given him back but from day one he was my baby.​
