The lady at the front desk was rude and dismissive, and the office manager never returned my phone call. Instead of offering options and working with the parent of a child who might be afraid to go to the dentist, she instead was telling me what to do and wouldn't listen. I also did not like the fact that I couldn't sit with my child and given rules. I took my business elsewhere to a pediatric dentist that does not mind me sitting next to my child to comfort them. Also, a dental practice that understands I'm the customer and can take my business elsewhere if I'm not happy.
