After I walked half the table top vendors I decided to walk back and get a bag. My husband and I started talking to the young lady and young man in the booth. I told him that I had gone to the dentist and discussed what they recommend. He took so much time explaining the different procedures available, how to be proactive in care, etc. He recommended different dentist that do the procedure as well. He has vast knowledge, love for people and his job. After this first meeting I can feel that he would make the perfect family dentist for any family. He stated that his patients are not a number, that he will always take time to answer all questions we would have. I give him lots of credit for attending this festival in Medina and taking the time to talk to everyone. Based on this meeting I would recommend this dentist.

The first hint of this was charging for services that were NEVER delivered...I think it was $110. I did catch their overbilling. A few months later when I was undersedation, they demanded that my wife pay them $3500 immediately. Then a few weeks later, said "oh you owe us $344 more" The office them gave me a "estimated" cost of more work. Their answer was $28,800 which the insurer would pay $600.(we already paid them $6000 for 2024) At that point I asked the dentist if he was insane. One other instance was with my daughter in law. Watch out.

Made an appointment ,went in ,Kathy came in, I told her I thought I didn't need to pay $82 for someone to tell me I need a reline. At that point she said they don't do relines, I told her that Anna quoted me a price on a reline, she said Anna could not be expected to know everything. Then probed my mouth for no good reason since there was nothing she could do for me. Anna charged me $85 for nothing. If you must deal with these people Good Luck. When I told them, his filling fell out due to a cleaning, the receptionist said, "your husband said it was loose when he came in"... after asking my husband, since I didn't recall him having a problem with that at all, I returned the call and said "he said he never said that, are you suggesting my husband is lying" ... I was shocked to hear, "yes, he is".... they were more concerned about lying and taking our money than keeping a good customer. We go to Doctor Messina in Medina now, no, we can't walk there but he assured us, whatever happens in house, a crown or filling falling loose, is always on them, no questions asked. That's normal practice. I wouldn't suggest Dr. Kathy to anyone, horrible bedside manner and she is not for the client, she is for the money. End of story.

We spent a good amount of time discussing the smile and he was thus able to beautifully correct my slightly inverted teeth. I have never been so confident in my smile and I have also not stopped receiving compliments since I got the veneers. However, the Sinick dentist told me I needed a dental implant after spending about a minute with me, with zero explanations, and their treatment plan was a very large amount of money (over $7,000) I got a second opinion. This dentist spent much more time with me, actually showed me the x-rays, and offered less expensive options such as a bridge that Sinick did not. Additionally, the cost of the implant was less. Needless to say I will be switching

Amy had adorable pet photos in her room and told me all about her fur babies. Amy did such a thorough job with my teeth cleaning. She was so thoughtful to hand me chapstick to keep my lips moist throughout the cleaning. She gave a detailed explanation of what she was doing and told me of any teeth that needed extra attention or might need some repairs soon. Once she was completed with my cleaning Dr. Marsh checked her work. He is very kind and personable. One thing to note is that he is a perfectionist. He will often want to fix cosmetic related things with your teeth, and is honest if it is necessary dental work or just aesthetic. I got a groove in my tooth filled on based on his recommendation that not only will my tooth look nicer, but it will help the aggravation he was starting to see near my gum line. I will always go back to Dr. Marsh for my future teeth cleanings and dental work. There is simply no better dentist in the area.

Just got back from a checkup, cleaning, and x-rays, and I am both LIVID and mortified. The only…read morepart of my appointment that left a good impression was Renee, the hygienist. She was very understanding, as gentle as she could possibly be, personable, and funny. The dentist himself, Dr. Jeffrey McKinley was rude, condescending, and judgmental. Absolutely NOTHING came out of his mouth that wasn't based on bias or assumption. He is extremely intolerant of those who are less than thrilled to go to the dentist, and does not hesitate to openly express it. At one point, he was poking around in my mouth, hit a VERY sensitive area, and when I winced/whimpered, he responded with "Stop." At the end of my appointment, he had determined that I need two oral surgeries, one of which isn't covered by my 'magic card' (as parents of four, my husband and I are eligible for Medicaid, even though we both work), and chastised me for not paying for the surgeries out of pocket sooner. He made no effort whatsoever to conceal his disapproval of those who can't afford medical and dental insurance for a family of six. Bedside manner isn't just necessary for medical doctors, anyone who is dealing with any patient needs to have a caring personality, or fake it, at the very least. Bottom line, Dr. McKinley is very skilled as a dentist, and if you have 'normal' insurance, a high pain tolerance, and are completely comfortable with dental procedures, then by all means, you're good to go. But if you have any reservations about dental work (or, heaven forbid, are flat out afraid of going to the dentist), then I highly suggest you search elsewhere. Dr. McKinkey has THE WORST attitude towards his patients I have EVER seen.
