They held our luggage for us while we dined at local tapas cafe. When we came back, our room was ready and I enjoyed how spacious it was with a separate small alcove room for my teenage son in a pull out bed. The bathroom is big with a separate bath that would fit a 6 foot person. I liked the bathrobes and slippers for room use. Around 8 pm, cleaning staff came by and offered us dark chocolate which I gladly accepted! I also asked for my shower gel since our refillable container was empty and she brought me a whole bottle which I then used as bubble bath. Pretty amazing by after sleeping on a plane the night before. The noise from the square is noticeable from our second floor room but I brought earplugs. Stores and restaurants are extremely close and the metro train station was 6 minute walk while pulling luggage. I also like the complimentary tea and expresso machine in the room! They also had fresh apples and strawberry infused water in the lobby which I thought was another welcoming touch. I would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends visiting the area.

It really couldn't have been better, we were so happy with our stay here, and the Inside Barcelona office/help desk people were so friendly and accommodating! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment and it really made our trip memorable! Our apartment was on the 4th floor of the Carrer Comercial 15 building, and basically had everything we could ask for and more! Upon walking in, there was a bathroom with sink and shower, next to a large bedroom with two beds. The staircase leads you upstairs from here, where the living area, kitchen, and second bedroom are located. The living area was complete with comfy chairs and a couch, and a flat screen TV and coffee table. There was also a dining table with chairs, and a full service kitchen complete with fridge, stove, sink, and stocked with dining utensils and cookware. The second bedroom is upstairs also, with a bed, desk, and private balcony. The living room also has a big beautiful balcony you can walk out on and we had a great view from the 4th floor! Some great sunsets here! The layout of the apartment was really perfect, and we absolutely enjoyed our time here! All amenities also are provided, such as towels, sheets, kitchenwares, even a large bottle of water in the fridge! I believe if you stay a certain number of days they also have a maid service that will come in and clean. Basically everything a hotel provides you with and more! Another huge plus is how helpful the staff at Inside Barcelona are. They give you detailed instructions on how to get here when you arrive (I took the train from the airport), even which trains to hop on/off of, which was super helpful. I got there without a hitch and met them in their office, then they escorted me to the apartment, showed me around, and went over all the details. They also give you handouts about events going on in the area, where the closest conveniences are such as grocery stores, ATMs, etc, and they can get tickets for you to all the major Barcelona attractions and day trips. WOW they were so helpful, it was wonderful! We ended up booking tickets to an FC Barcelona game through them and it worked out perfectly! They really did think of everything you could need and were very accommodating and super friendly! The icing on the cake is that this apartment building is right in the middle of the best area, we really loved exploring El Born and found so many wonderful restaurants and cool sights and things to do in this district, we were really happy to stay here! Its close to the Estacio Franca (train station), Picasso Museum, a big park, tons of restaurants and a lively bar scene, and a short walk to the metro. Also close is the Bascilica de Santa Maria del Mar, a huge beautiful gothic church that isn't to be missed! There is a ton to do in this area, just a short walk away. That being said, our apartment was quiet as a mouse, we didn't have any trouble sleeping at all and didn't hear any loud noises at night at all, which was wonderful. Our stay here was superb and I recommend anyone travelling to Barcelona to stay here! Its amazing value for your money, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed ourselves. The place was perfect, the location was perfect, and the staff of Inside Barcelona really were perfect, we had the best time and staying here really made the experience memorable!

It was so relaxing to arrive after long and hot day back to "home" to have a shower and rest. When we asked advice to have a dinner outside Regina was really helpful giving us information. We also participated on an event organized by her. We had an outstanding night seeing some local culture and lifestyle. This we wouldn't have figured out to experience by ourselves. It was also very nice to wake up in the morning and have breakfast ready served on the table. Great coffee!! We even asked what coffee it is and bought it to take with us back home. My biggest memory of the place was how friendly and REAL the people were, not fake, not some corporate drones who repeat approved ways of speaking. They were adult people who clearly took pride in their important jobs and did it very well. I would actually return to this exact hotel, when I next come to Barcelona. If you have never visited Barcelona, DO SO. But the #1 attraction, La Rambla, is overrated, other than the large open-air market on one side of it is a must see, skip the rest. My husband and I arrived to stay in Barcelona for a few days leading up to our cruise and decided to stay at the H10 Cubik. We chose this due to its central location and were not disappointment. Everything from here is walkable no matter what direction you are hoping to go. We arrived late on a Thursday night due to extended flight delays and were anxious to get a shower and settled in. Alex checked us in and was more than accommodating in quickly getting this done for us. We headed up to our room and opened the door to someone sitting on the bed of the room we were supposed to stay in. We were clearly embarrassed, confused, and exhausted so we headed back downstairs to retrieve a different room. We were placed in the floor above and Alex apologized greatly. We didn't mind as long as we could get settled soon after. We entered the room and it was small and not really well lit. As I stated, there were no exterior windows - which was a little sad lol. Whatever, we decided to look past that and enjoy our experience in the city. The bed was comfortable and the amenities in the hotel were great, too. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely kind. We utilized the rooftop bar area several times, which was awesome too! Not only was the hotel staff welcoming but the accommodations were clean and up to date while also being centrally located in the Gothic Quarter. We inquired about a private tour guide and we were pleased with the easy to understand process as well as the fact that the guide was flexible with her availability to suit our needs. We initially requested an early morning appointment but our hotel contact explained that some places didn't open for complimentary access until 10am. That was a great tip cause we were able to view many behind the scenes locations with the private guide. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and both meals and drinks are available for order. Call in advance to reserve your preferred table, easy reservation process especially for hotel guests.

Since it's in the narrow alleys of Gothic, arriving at the front door via taxi is difficult, especially if the streets are very crowded. However, it's pretty easy to walk to from the main street if you're OK with walking about five minutes. When we left for the airport, we were able to coordinate a taxi pick up with the front desk. Fortunately, it was also a sunday, so the streets were very empty. It took about 15 minutes for the taxi to arrive, but it was easy to get out of the narrow streets. The hotel itself is nice. Check-in is on the mezzanine level. Our room wasn't ready, but they were able to store our bags. We grabbed lunch at the rooftop restaurant and the food was objectively decent. The main draw of the rooftop restaurant is the incredible view where you can see all of Barcelona and the towering cathedrals. Service was friendly. On a different day, we tried there spritz hour, which seemed to be marketed as two spritzes for €12. However, we each got charged €12 which I think was the price on the menu anyway so I don't know what happened there. The hotel room was cozy. Bed was very comfortable. The layout was a bit odd if you imagine that the room is a U-shape, the bed is the bottom of the U, which makes sense. However the bathroom was split up with the toilet on the right side and the sink and shower on the left side so after you use the bathroom, you would have to walk to the other side of the hotel room to wash your hands. It's not like the room is big, but it's just kind of odd for layout, especially if like luggage is dispersed across the room and you have to walk through all that.

The hotel itself was upscale and there is seating room only on the rooftop, hence the line outside. We unfortunately were not seated against the railing, but the view was still beautiful. The music was perfect and the rooftop had a nice vibe. We got the sangria, mojito, and white wine and for food we got the fries, cheese grazing board, and chicken burger. We didn't feel rushed and it was nice to people watch. People were having full on photoshoots if seated by the railing and there was really quick turnover for the tables.
