The exercises they gave me were so easy I don't mind doing them three times a week. So when I got a bizarre injury in Katrina that an orthopedic surgeon said couldn't be fixed I came here and said "Really?" They said "we'll see" and they made it better. Shoulders are the absolute worst to rehab so when my dr wanted to go with a different PT I said no way I want this one. I have never had to take very many pain meds because PT with these people has always worked and I don't mind going because the staff's number one focus is making me better.

Monday December 29, 2025, I went to an appointment at Gulfport Rehabilitation Center, 9471 Three…read moreRivers Rd, Suite E, in Gulfport. I sat in the lobby filling out my new patient paperwork. I could, as well as the others in the small lobby, hear nothing but the loud receptionist telling a man on the phone that they had had a data breach and someone had hacked their systems. She then loudly spoke to another man on the phone, which is where I was most shocked. Next was the cackling of the red haired woman receptionist as she loudly started making fun of the man she had just gotten off the phone with that had apparently been a patient there but wanted to see if his insurance is still going through just fine after he was fired but had already paid a certain amount for his insurance. He was fired from what I believe is a shipyard here called Ingalls. I forgot his name but she had said it while she was on the phone with him being completely uncooperative and talking down to him. She laughed and made fun of him with the woman behind her, saying if he wanted an appointment and really wanted to be sure about his insurance don't ask her, he should try keeping a job! They laughed at him together. I had no idea who this man was, but I had had enough. I stood up ripped up my new patient paperwork, and told them to cancel my appointment in any future appointment because I am thoroughly offended at what I just heard from them. They just looked at me shocked then unbothered and said okay. I left and tried to forget about it but I couldn't so here's my review to warn others.
