I went to them for a functional capacity evaluation from my Dr for a Long Term Disability claim. I…read morepaid $550 out of pocket to do this. I feel that I was not given his full attention as I was doing the things he was evaluating. He would walk off and help other people there doing their regular physical therapy. When I called them to see if the report was done and why I needed it ASAP. They said it was not completed yet and that they would call me when it was completed. I hadn't heard anything by Friday, so I called them. No answer, so I left a message telling them I needed it by Monday. On Monday I hadn't rec'd a call so I called them. The lady who I talked to said it was completed and sent to my Dr on Friday. No call to tell me that. I asked if I could pick up a copy. She said I would have to get it from my doctor as he needs to sign it to be official. I told her I just wanted to have a copy to look over because the doctor's office can't get me a copy until later in the week. She said she couldn't give me a copy of my own record that I paid for, not an insurance company, me. I feel they are not very professional, don't stay with the patient and watch them while they are doing a FCE, don't return phone calls and don't provide a person their records when requested. Not somewhere I would recommend to have this testing done at.

During the last two trimesters the pain was unbearable and without her I don't know how I would have survived. I love the environment at her healing space, the music is so calming and relaxing, I love the wall decorations, as soon as I walked into her office I automatically felt better. Unfortunately we are Air Force family and now I have to make a 3 hour drive to get treated, take advantage of this Military Friendly practitioner.

Latoria provides compassionate care--she listens attentively when I express discomfort and is always empathetic in her approach. She is also respectful of my preferences and never pressures me to attend more sessions than I'm comfortable with. In contrast, when I was at PT Solutions, I felt pressured to attend therapy three times a week, even after expressing that twice a week was my preference. While I understand that more frequent visits might benefit some patients, I value having my input respected. Jeff's insistence made me uncomfortable, as I prefer a collaborative and patient-centered approach to care. Encore, by comparison, truly listens to and respects their patients' needs. My First Review: I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I received from Jeff, the physical therapist at PT Solutions, during a recent appointment. Throughout the session, I experienced difficulty performing certain exercises due to physical limitations. Despite this, I made every effort to complete the tasks to the best of my ability and clearly communicated to Jeff that I was only able to perform exercises within the range that my body could tolerate. Unfortunately, his response was dismissive and unprofessional. He repeatedly stated, in a condescending tone, that I "should not have been hurting," which I found both discouraging and invalidating. At one point, I had to ask Jeff to please listen to the patient. The situation escalated further toward the end of the session. When I explained that I was unable to lift my legs with the weights provided because they were too heavy, Jeff responded by saying, "You've been saying you can't do anything ever since you've been here." I clarified that I had not said I couldn't do anything--I had only stated that I could not perform the exercise with the additional weight. I also made it clear that I did not appreciate having my words misrepresented. This interaction left me feeling unheard and disrespected during a time when I was seeking support and care. I believe every patient deserves to be treated with empathy, professionalism, and respect, especially when navigating physical challenges. As a result of this experience, I have chosen to seek physical therapy services elsewhere. Again, I believe customer service is an essential part of patient care, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. For that reason, I am rating PT Solutions a 1 out of 5. I hope PT Solutions will take this feedback seriously and address this matter appropriately. I would appreciate a response regarding how this concern will be handled moving forward.

The best physical therapist (Jeffery Huesser) you could ever ask for! From my first interaction…read morewith him his actions were above and beyond in making the physical therapy comfortable and effective. I have had some injuries in the past and have worked with many physical therapists and he is the best I have worked with. He makes sure that you don't do anything that causes you pain. He also helps with your recovery from the active workout. At the initial consultation he was able to diagnose my shoulder problem and make a workout plan that helped strengthen my shoulder. But beyond the knowledge care he has great bedside manner.

Have had family members who needed home health and went with other companies and none were as bad as Saad's. Had one family member years ago in Mobile, AL who had Saad's and had great nurses and aides so I can only deduce that the D'Iberville office must be run completely different and by someone else entirely. They made a name for themselves in Mobile, AL where the family that owns the company is from and it's sad to hear they let the way things are run here continue. I made my decision for home health based on how pleased the family member in Mobile had been so was shocked at the poor treatment I received by the nurse that was assigned to me and how I was treated when calling the office to express my dismay. I was told I'd have to endure that nurse or they would have to discharge me. I was shocked. I'm not a rude person and expressed my displeasure with the nurse I had in a completely calm and sensible manor. The woman I spoke to about it all at the office told me she was the director and boss so considering her behavior I can see how employees with the same attitude end up getting hired. Have run into a couple of the nice therapists I had through Saad's since my time as a patient who've quit working there and was told that the employees were treated just as badly as the experience I had as a patient. I didn't know Yelp allowed reviews for so many types of companies other than restaurants or I would have reviewed this company a lot sooner.
