Great no issues close place to park it has vehicles park sizes up to 8'2 prioritized spaces at the bottom however I drove my Stock Jeep Wranger Rubicon 4dr and measured the height before arriving. The average clearance is 6'9 which is plenty of room. I went for a day event at the Power Plant which is a few mins away within walking distance I prepaid for my parking which was convenient this garage only accepts debit or credit cards as payment no cash . It has elevators no issues I parked on the 4th floor at 10am so planned early arrival to park on the lower levels. If you go in the elevator chose the G * button ( ground level) Popeyes just around the corner if you want to grab a bite to eat I left around 7pm read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. Got stuck in the elevator with 4 children and not only did the communication system not work but when I had to use my phone to get a hold of someone they said it would take their technician over an hour just to get to the location. Nope not happening! I called 911 and after the firefighters got us out they told us this place sucks and they're out there at least once a week. Apparently the elevators are a known issue that management is refusing to fix. Avoid at all costs for your own safety. read more

Convient to most inner harbor venues. My expedition no problem for oversized. Also able to prepay via several apps.

Lockwood Place & Garage is centrally located on The "Charm'tastic Mile" of Baltimore. The "Charm'tastic Mile" is the chic & stylish 1.3 mile corridor that connects Dwtn-West, the Inner Harbor & Harbor East in the heart of downtown Charm City. Parking there gives you easy access to all the main downtown-area attractions. read more

Bottom Line: Convenient but expensive. This garage is the preferred garage of the National Aquarium and while it is convenient to that location and other sites in the Inner Harbor it is expensive. Two hours costs $19 and over two hours is $24. While the garage seems safe and clean, I still do not think it's worth that price. read more

This place is a rip off. Stay away. I made a parking reservation with ParkMobile to visit the aquarium. We arrived about 30 minutes late for the start of the reservation. This equated to paying an additional fee which we didn't find out about till we were leaving the garage! Why should anybody get charged more just because they're a little late to their own reservation. This is gouging. To add insult to a rip off we were sitting in the car waiting and waiting for the parking attendant to show - I eventually got out of the car and walked across exit lanes only to find out I was being ripped off. Will never use this garage again and I highly recommend you don't. read more

My experience at this garage was le terrible... but unfortunately, the place is incredibly convenient. The parking garage directly across the street from Inner Harbor, and in the same building that hosts the Panera and Fogo de Chao, you'll likely pay $24 for the evening, and still be stuck in a 20-minute line to get out of the garage at the end of the night. As mentioned, however, it is suuuuuper convenient, so I'm sure there will never be a lack of business for this place. read more

Lockwood Place Garage - The line just to get out of the garage, sigh. - Parking Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

This is one of the places we use when visiting Baltimore. It is near lots of touristy areas, especially Inner Harbor. I always check the web site of where I am visiting to see if they validate or give a discount on parking. read more

The location of this garage is very convenient. It's located directly above the Baltimore Soundstage and across the street from Power Plant Live bars and Rams Head Live, as well as being a very short walk from Inner Harbor. However, I can't recommend parking here because the prices for one evening's parking (for, let's say, seeing a show at Soundstage or Ram's Head) are easily 15 dollars higher than the prices at several other equally decent garages within just 1-2 blocks. I discovered this when parking for evening 1 of a festival event going on at the Ram's Head...realized too late that the prices were why this garage was mostly empty even though Ram's Head was sold out, the Soundstage was either sold out or close to it, and it was a busy Friday bar night besides. I say "realized too late" because by the time you get far enough into this garage to see the prices, there didn't seem to be any way to leave quickly without paying a pretty steep charge, even if you only stayed 5 minutes. I avoided parking here for the rest of the festival nights and will continue to avoid in the future in favor of using the way cheaper and just as nice "Harbor Park Garage" located about a block away on Market Place. If you do have to park here, it's not a bad place - just way way too pricey. 28 dollars for entering in the evening and leaving at bar closing/ show ending wee hours time? No thank you! read more

Complete rip off. Visited the aquarium for a couple hours on a friday night. Even with the discount it was over $20. Walk a block and save your money! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The security guards all have their own business principles and practices. Especially the night ones. My vehicle has been broken in to because their geriatric security guard was not monitoring a vehicle less than a floor away. Then I was told by the new night manager that he worked for him and he told me I was a dumb ass, told me I'd get mugged if I didn't park there and proceeded to charge me full day rates. Total scum. read more

If you go middle of the day during the week, there are no waiting-in-line issues. At noon on a Friday we didn't find an open spot until the 8th floor but there were still plenty of spots. We were just visiting the National Aquarium for a few hours and our total was $24. Thankfully our aquarium membership validates for an $8 savings, so $15 was tolerable but still too expensive for my tastes...but you can't beat the convenience. read more

Lockwood Place is a fairly new parking garage conveniently located near Power Plant Live and the Aquarium. It is very clean and efficient and therefore they gouge the heck out of you. Nineteen bucks for two hours, but I believe it caps at twenty-four. The price is pretty insulting, and if there was a way to tell parking garages apart from the outside I would have avoided this place at all- costs. read more

Very convenient location but expensive around $25 after paying I am still waiting to leave its been bumper to bumper with no movement for the past 30 minutes and still counting... we are stuck and just want to go home read more

I parked at Lockwood Place Garage recently while attending a concert at Pier Six Pavilion. Pier Six provides a discount coupon card which reduces the fee to park at Lockwood. Unfortunately the exit gate at Lockwood "ate" the discount coupon and charged me the full price to park ($24). I understand that equipment will malfunction occassionally, but I feel that, especially before big concerts, Lockwood should ensure that all of their exit gates are working correctly, and will read discount coupons accurately. They failed to do so in my case. So, parkers be warned that you risk having to pay the full parking fee at Lockwook, even if you have a discount coupon. read more

This garage is not only overpriced but also has one of the worst customer service, management and security I've ever seen. Absolutely outdated parking system and no working security cameras. Not worth the money. read more

If you have any other options, DO NOT park here. The garage is convenient, but upon entering, we were directed to another section which was blocked off and we had to immediately exit the garage... and pay $8! We tried to get a refund, but the staff gave us the run around and the manager never would come to the office to assist us. The staff was also horribly rude to us. Aquarium staff said they had things worked out and the garage management was ready to help us, but they did not. There is street parking the next block up. Its just as safe, and only $2 per hour with a max of 2 hours. Please don't park here. read more

Discount your "supposed" to receive from the Acquarium is a joke! We parked before 9am, left the garage at 3:30, had our ticket stamped at the Acquarium, never received a discount. We inserted our ticket in the kiosk, it showed $19, less $9, discount, but still got charged $19. Rip-off and scam! Agree with Eric S. Park elsewhere. read more

Do not park here! Arrived on a Tuesday at 1:00pm for a lunch at Capital Grille and left at 2:30pm. Was charged $19 for 1.5 hours. After getting the receipt, I noticed the system logged my entry time at 9:50 am that morning. So I was charged for 4.5 hours for a 1.5 hour lunch. Now I have to battle it out with these crooks! Unbelievable! read more
