Yes, you will pay more than you would in the kiosk at Wally World but there are several things they can do here that cannot be done in a kiosk. Bent / broken keys - they can usually cut them. They still have the old machines that allow the tech to apply his craft and cut broken or bent keys. The big boxes cannot do that. Re-keying - They do this. It's a nominal fee but they will do it and do it right. Odd keys - They have them and they cut them without any issues. The round, barrel keys, etc, that the big boxes don't have are in stock here. These guys are good to deal with. I've had several odd ball keys cut here and watched their service with other folks as well. They save you money and try and repair what you have before trying to sell you brand new. Need keys and locks? This is your shop.

I called Pioneer Overhead Door out to repair my overhead garage door because I had them do a repair…read morea few years ago and they did an excellent job. I again had them come out a few weeks ago because I had one of my automatic door openers fail. While out here I had them do their 29 point safety inspection. I had them do the inspection, safety checks, lubricate the door and service the door. They did a very poor job. They lubricated the overhead door spring by standing 3 feet way and spraying their lubricant in the direction of the spring. it did not look affective and so I got a ladder and looked closely. There was a light spray on the wall, but I could not see or feel any lubricant on the spring. The technician also lubricated the door rollers by standing 2 to 3 feet away and giving it a little squirt. There was no noticeable lubricant on the rollers or the roller bearings. I asked if he could give the door a little more lubricant and he said no, that is all they do. I asked the technician if he would connect the door opener to the door button in my car and he said no, read the manual and do it yourself. I was very disappointed with the service and so I called the office and talked to the owner of the company. He said he would talk to the technician and call me back to address my concerns. It has been over 6 weeks and I have not heard anything. I went to Lowes and purchase a can of garage door lubricant and lubricated the door myself. The auto button in the car is still not connected. I will not use Pioneer Overhead Door in the future.

Fast forward to 10+ years after the home was built and we needed parts for said garage door. Someone *cough* the wife *cough* had backed in to the closed door and damaged a support structure. I called Advanced and they had the exact part I needed. It was 14' long and the lady answering the phone was very cordial in explaining that she could have a truck drop it off when in the area if I did not have a way to pick it up. That was thoughtful. I was able to take my trailer to their shop and retrieve the product. Pricing was decent and in line with other areas I price shopped. Office staff at Advanced was great and they easily took care of my transaction. Thanks for wonderful after care!!
