Don't get me wrong, the person who came out did a great job with the locks and finished them fast, but at the cost of this. Let me explain. Me and my father were helping her clean up her house the day before this review was written and she told us that she needed help finding a locksmith to change the locks on her house. We did some research and (somehow) this place had the highest rating that I could find for a locksmith in her area. After finding out some prices, we called this place back and scheduled the earliest available appointment. The locksmith came to my grandmother's house and changed the locks. Like I said, she can't even afford her medications or food, so my father who made the appointment was the one paying for the service. However, he was working basically all day at a hospital in the Intensive Care Unit. He was not made aware by the locksmith that he was required to pay in person. My sister was on the phone with my dad at this time, standing next to the locksmith guy, and tried to put my dad on the phone for him to try to work out a way to pay. The locksmith refused to talk to my dad. Not even 30 seconds later and the locksmith was calling the police, claiming that his customer was refusing to pay. Again, my dad was working at a hospital, and my grandma didn't have the money. My dad was absolutely willing to pay for the services preformed, he just couldn't pay specifically in person. The cops showed up to my grandma's house and they stood over her saying that they weren't going to leave the house until the money was paid and if it wasn't paid she would be arrested. At this point we just couldn't believe how terribly my grandma was being treated. My dad, very confused at this point as to why all of this was going on, called the locksmith on his phone, and further confirmed that it wasn't about the money and that he was willing and wanted to pay for the services performed. He instantly got sent an email with an invoice and paid online. The locksmith was happy and the cops left. So my grandma was embarrassed in front of her entire neighborhood by the police showing up, threatening to arrest her because an online payment was not acceptable, but in the end, an online payment was acceptable and was what solved the entire problem. My grandma was mortified by this experience, and it's really sad that she had to put up with all of this just to have her locks changed.

Thank you for a job well done and at such a great price!! Very happy with the results!! Holy…read moreTrinity Lutheran Church
